Laughter is the breath you take
When you cannot breathe
The pause between every large step
The help before every triumphant seethe
The scribbles before every speech
The elixir we drink before we bid farewell to grief
The belief before our every prayer
And the romance to daily conventions that seem a dare
The escapade to practical function
The voice to strengthen our ever conscience
The literature to every scientific sanction
The hope to our every boredom
And the seriousness to our every serious action's execution
The promise of the ability to survive in life
It is the elixir of life
As it is the breath that allows us
To breathe between our heart and our head
When situations are a mess
And black and white are red
Just take a deep breath
And laugh out loud
To avoid death !
But then again,
Laughter is only a safety valve,
A safety measure to survive-
The illusion to live life,
The self defence mechanism
To fight and drive ourselves to thrive
In midst of times not so right.
So we drive, allright,
To feel, all right,
Allright ...
Cause it's the only way our despairing hearts
Define fair in life.
With or without it's flair,
It's the only light
To the night air,
Cold, windy, moist and piercing ...
Spent best in warm illusionary laughing.
