*TEASER* Star Wars: A Forged Alliance - Week[e]man

A/N: this shit is taking a long ass time-

So um...

Where to begin?

I guess with this. No, we are not giving up on the story. We will start posting. Eventually.

(We um... We kinda just reached the half-way point...)

It's just that... y'know, this is taking a lot longer than I anticipated. I keep getting ideas but each idea is like another 20 pages added to the google doc and just ughhhhh.

Huge respect to authors for everything they do while still keeping some sanity.

My co-author and I were thinking we'd be done by the end of this summer, but I'm coming to the realization that won't be the case. I'm really sorry about that. I probably started teasing this thing a bit too early, but I was so fricken excited to reveal this to you guys.

Doesn't help either that I'll be in college soon, therefore, the amount of free time I have to write will decrease.

But hey, we've made it this far! I'm not abandoning this thing yet! I just hope by the time we do start posting, I haven't lost your interest. I want to create something beautiful. We could rush it, but I don't think I'd be as proud of it then. I've poured too much into this to half-ass my way to the end, y'know? You guys deserve the absolute very best.

Like, at this rate, this will be the longest Week[e]man book on this app by far. Maybe even ao3 too. Do you wanna know how many words are on the google doc?

I guess I'm afraid of finally finishing this and not having anyone read it. Because let me just say, I've loved working on this story so far. I've already noticed so much improvement in my writing and I can't way to show you guys but... I just want you guys to love it half as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Been feeling like this app's been a bit dead lately is all.

Nevertheless, we will finish his book. People say that all the time and then discontinue their works, but I mean it. Hopefully, it'll be worth the wait. I think it will be :)

Sorry for rambling, I think we're both so passionate about this. Please, just hang tight for a lil longer.
