Best friend (A braiden wood fanfic)

Part 1

Today's the day I hadn't seen braiden in the longest time. tomorrow is my birthday but who cares. all I cared about was if braiden and I were still friends if things were gonna be different I hope he didn't forget me. but I mean yes he has talked to me on the phone but like will things change when we r person to person face to face again? Thoughts swam fast in my brain. I'm savanna a college graduate at 20. I'm just some ordinary girl who plays piano and guitar sometimes and now works at chipotle. a month ago today braiden told me he would be on my doorsteps at 5 o clock which meant in 1 hr but I'm pretty sure he has already forgotten. One of my girl best friends came over.
"Hey girl!!!!!" She hugged me as I answered the door.
"Hey Sarah!" I said hugging her back and letting her in.
"What's Up? I heard braidens coming home today!!! You to gonna become love bugs?" I looked at her like seriously.
"We r friends besides I don't think he cares about me like we both used to when we were younger YA know we've kinda went our seprate ways it's not like things used to be." I said as we sat down on the couch.
"Well U have one hour until he comes here...right?" She asked
"Yeah. But I think he has forgotten because that was a month ago." I said
"And your wearing that?" She asked
"I don't think he would forget about a girl like you the songs he wrote are about U, YA know that right?" Sarah added.
"No I'm changing in a few I've got work YA know and wait what? He wrote those songs about me no he said that was about anyone." I exclaimed.
"Yeah he wrote those songs about you." Sarah said
"Wait how do u know did he tell u?" I questioned
"Yeah when you weren't around so maybe that was suppose to be a secret oops." Sarah said
"Wow sarah." I walked into the kitchen to grab a water bottle.
"15 mins" she squealed.
"I'm not getting my hopes high." I said
"Why? U should be happy!." She said
"Oh I'm happy alright." I sounded sorta crabby.
"What's up with U what's wrong?" she asked
"Sarah! I have work in like 45 mins so there's no way I'm gonna have time to see him anyway besides I'm pretty sure he's forgotten." I was getting irritated.

15mins of waiting for braiden to show up like Sarah thought he would and she wouldn't shut up about it but I knew he wouldn't and he never did.
"Well time for me to head to chipotle thanks for stopping bye." I said as she hugged me goodbye.
When I arrived at chipotle I put on my hat and got started with the orders.
"Hello what can I get U" I politely greeted the first costumer in line. the line was pretty long I knew I was gonna be here most of the night anyway. about the 50th person in line of people ordering I actually looked up.
"Hey savanna miss me?" That's when I stood there in shock holding up the line.
