Edelgard:

Best Compliment: Out of all the House leaders, she puts the most heart into her ideologies. On another note, if you look up the lyrics to "Edge of Dawn," you'll see that the song is about her. Particularly the part where it says, "Yet, still I hide, behind this mask that I have become. . ." referencing to her being the Flame Emperor. I absolutely love her supports with Byleth, and (to be completely honest) I find pre-timeskip Edelgard really attractive (no homo, though).

Worst Roast: Okay, so, let me start off with her discussion with Byleth after her father's death. So, Edelgard is allowed to mourn the death of her siblings years after it happened, but then she tells Byleth to essentially get over her father's death LESS THAN A MOON AFTER THE DEATH (1 moon = 1 month). Also, remember her ideology on ". . . if it means that the Church of Seiros will be taken down, then I don't care how many people lose their lives . . ."? THAT IS MESSED UP!!!!!!!! There are SO many more peaceful ways to go about changing or taking down the Church. In fact, I'm going to make an assumption on two ideas: Edelgard is really evil or she's really stupid. She acts more superior than everyone else (even though she says she isn't), and it seems like the only thing that she actually thinks about is what Byleth thinks of her. This last thing about her isn't really her fault, but most of the Edelgard fans are really toxic about her (even as I'm writing this, I fear that someone will go down my throat once I publish this).

Hubert:

Best Compliment: He's a well-written character, and I love how the creators of this game were able to mix in the perfect amount of darkness and love to make Hubert. On another note, I love his supports between him and Edelgard/Ferdinand/Bernadetta/Byleth, and I laughed my butt off when I saw Hubert and Ferdinand's end card. Also, even though he loves Edelgard, he'll tell her if he thinks her ideas are stupid, which I wish he did more often.

Worst Roast: He sat there and let Edelgard kill as many people as possible. In fact, he ENCOURAGED it. He knew that Lord Arundel was evil, but what Hubert do? Absolutely nothing. Also, I've seen rocks that have more emotion than Hubert shows!

Ferdinand:

Best Compliment: He's lovable and he truly believes that he is doing the right thing. Not to mention, he does look kind of cute. Also, I'm tired of pretending that the "I am Ferdinand von Aegir" quote is annoying, it's actually kind of cool and funny (within proportion).

Worst Roast: I can summarize his flaw with one word: arrogance. This man is SO arrogant, and he believes the ideologies of nobility so much, to where he IGNORED every flaw of the nobles of the time. It took his father's death and Lysithea explaining what horrible things his father did to make Ferdinand open his eyes to the bad parts of the nobility. Even then, he mellows down on the whole nobility thing, but there is another thing that gets me annoyed: he feels like he needs to ABSOLUTELY PROVE that he's better than Edelgard. GIVE IT A REST!!!!!!!!!!! SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DO ANY OF YOUR CHALLENGES!!!!!!!!

Linhardt:

Best Compliment: He is, by far, the most relatable mood in the entire game. I adore his sleepy, sarcastic nature about him. I also love the fact that despite him sleeping almost the entire time, he was canonically supposed to graduate as the Valedictorian of his year. I will admit, though, I feel like I become smarter whenever I hear Linhardt talk.

Worst Roast: For those of you who have seen Linhardt and Bernadetta's supports, you probably remember Linhardt's whole thing on the color vermillion. If he told Edelgard that logic on how to use it in a war stance, he probably could've saved MILLIONS of INNOCENT LIVES and also help Edelgard achieve her plan on taking down the Church of Seiros. However, he lets his slothfulness take over him, letting Edelgard kill many innocent lives that could've been spared if he actually cared enough to tell her what he thinks should happen.

Caspar:

Best Compliment: He actually cares about others' emotions. He would never purposely hurt someone weaker than him without a valid excuse. Also, he wants to get stronger so he can protect those he loves and be able to prove that he is just as worthy as someone with a Crest.

Worst Roast: He rushes into situations way too quickly. If he actually stopped for FIVE SECONDS, he wouldn't make half of the mistakes he does. Caspar is way too hot-headed, and he only thinks rationally after he receives the punishments for his actions. Also, I hate how he beats himself up way too much.

Dorothea:

Best Compliment: I'm going to go on a little bit of a different answer than the usual response about her (every Dorothea fan I've met is really toxic about her as well), but I really like her backstory, and I can relate to her fear of being unwanted when she's old. Also, I love the fact that she's a JoJo reference. Plus, I think Dorothea has a very attractive style both pre and post timeskip (again, no homo). Finally, there's the fact that she is independent from anyone, and she proves it time and time again throughout the game.

Worst Roast: I really don't like how she's the female version of a skirt-chaser. She flirts and relies on her charms way too much in order to get by in life. Plus, can I go ONE DAY without you mentioning your former position in the Mittelfrank Opera Company and how dirty nobles used to abuse you, please?

Bernadetta:

Best Compliment: Despite having severe anxiety, she is willing to put it aside to help protect her friends and her home. As someone who also suffers from anxiety, I find this trait about her very admirable. I also absolutely LOVE her excuses as to why she needs to stay in her room. "UUUUHHHHH, I'VE GOT A COLD *insert fake sneezing* OKAY, TALK TO YOU LATER, BYE!"

Worst Roast: Despite what I said before, she complains on the battlefield WAY TOO MUCH. She would complain about everything underneath the sun whenever she's on the battlefield. Seriously, if she actually stopped complaining, the battle wouldn't last as long as it usually does.

Petra:

Best Compliment: On one hand, I think that Petra's misinterpretations of sayings is kind of funny and cute. She's quirky, stylish, and has a warrior spirit. I love whenever she talks about Brigid, especially when she talks about the legends from over there. Finally, there's the fact that she wants to protect Brigid and help it rise to fame. She was literally held hostage in the Adrestrian Empire, had to adjust to being in a foreign land, and enrolled into Garreg Mach Monastery just to help her people. That's some serious dedication right there!

Worst Roast: I'm going to keep this brief because I feel like I might go overboard on Petra. HOW THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN IN FODLAN FOR AROUND FIVE YEARS AND STILL MAINTAIN THE SAME STRUGGLES WITH ENGLISH!?!?!?! Like, I get the fact that English (or Fodlanese, in her case) is not an easy language to understand, but I don't think that someone who has been living in a foreign land for five years would have the same problems with the language overtime, EXCEPT PETRA! Okay, I'm going to stop there before I say anything else negative about her.

Jeritza:

Best Compliment: Out of all the characters in the FE3H game, his story is one of the most complex and traumatic out of all of them. I have toyed with the idea of writing a story about him, but I can't because his story is perfect the way it is. Maybe he were a little less enthralled with death, I could see myself making him one of my favorite S-supports.

Worst Roast: He's basically a depressed guy who loves to play dress-up. "Oh, he says that he wants to murder you in the most brutal way possible? Oh, that was probably the Death Knight side of him talking to you, don't let it affect you too much!" Speaking of which, it aggravates me to see how much this man fantasizes about death. Even in his A and S supports, he tells you that his idea of romance is to be able to kill you or be killed by you. Romantic, right?
