She blushed pushing him away and said now feeling shy,
"Stop it Rey! You have a one track mind. Chaliye jaldi kariye."
He sounded offended and said raising his brows,
"Hey! I didn't start the topic this time you know, you only said you can get pregnant again and again."
She huffed poking her tongue and saying,
"I take my words back, now work."
He huffed and fake saluted her,
"Yes mam!"
Soon, he helped her wear her shoes, tying the lace for her as she can't bend or lean down in this condition. They were going to walk out when he picked her up in his arms and she squealed looking around if there were any servants,
"Rey, kya kar arhe hai?"
She saw two butlers smiling looking at them as he took her towards the gate, and looked away embarrassed,
"Climbing up or down the stairs is not good for you, remember?"
She huffed when she said looking again worriedly,
"To aap mujhe aise carry karenge, the butlers saw Rey, ab pata nahi kya sochenge."
He smiled shrugging and saying,
"Kya sochenge? Yahi that hwo much I love you, now stop worrying. We weren't doing anything inappropriate, I was carrying my pregnant wife down so that she doesn't get stressed. There's nothing wrong in that, chalo ab."
She nodded sighing, and sat inside the car as he opened the door. He walked towards the driver's side and sat inside before zooming off towards the shopping mall. He was driving holding her one hand in his.
Smiling, she took her phone out and clicked a picture of her hand captured in his. Lately, she liked to click pics whenever they would share such a cute moment or something. Rey looked at the pic admiring it, Taani gushed at it before opening her instagram and posting it with a sweet caption –

Rey smiled as she posted it on her feed, and soon her phone started buzzing with multiple notifications of ohhs and ahhs and like and comments from all the fans. She even received some vulgar and foul comments but she avoided them as of course being a celebrity has it backdrops and repercussions. One being, both love and hatred from the public and hate comments. She giggled reading the cheesy comments of the gang members, she made Rey read them too and they both laughed together at their comments and teasing.
Soon Rey parked the car in the parking lot of the mall, he helped her out of the car and they entered inside the mall. As soon as they entered, they could feel everyone's eyes on them, all of them were looking at the couple in awe.
Many even came there for selfies and autographs and both of the ingluged the public happily. After some time Rey requested everyone to continue with their work, telling them that they are here for shopping too.
Nodding happily people gave them space and Rey supported Taani towards a store. The manager and staff quickly rushed towards the couple and aided to them. a salesgirl was showing taani some loose dresses and Rey was standing by her side, doing something on his phone, Taani elbowed him and asked,
"Rey, which one?"
Rey looked at the three dresses she was showing him, she was pouting confused and he smiled kissing her forehead,
"Anything would look good on you love."
The girl smiled at the couple, seeing the love when Taani pouted again,
"But I am not able to choose, please help me na!"
He nodded immediately keeping his phone aise although he was sending an important mail. He started looking at the dresses and helped Taani choose, the girl asked them
"Mam would you like to try them?"
Taani was going to nod at her when Rey said holding her,
"Jaan, rehne do. No need to try, you will get tired trying so many clothes. And itne der khada rehna is also not good. Buy them, I am sure they'll fit you."
The salegirl smiled,
"Sir is right mam, and even if there are some fitting issues, you can send the clothes later along with your measurements and we'll alter them for you."
Rey smiled widely nodding towards the girl, acknowledging her service. Taani smiled and agreed selecting the dresses she liked. They shopped a lot and after Taani's shopping was done, Rey told her,
"Let's go to that baby store, I wanna buy stuff for our little bean."
Taani smiled nodding and asking the girl to keep the bags at the counter and that they'll collect it later, he helped Taani to the baby store. Entering inside Rey immediately liked a small peach frock and he gushed looking at it,
"Isn't this so cute?"
Taani nodded smiling and said teasingly,
"But hum iska kya karenge? We are going to have a little Rey remember? Vo thodi na pehnega ye."
Rey narrowed his eyes at her and huffed shrugging,
"Offo jaan , tumhe kuch nahi pata. Humari princess hi hogi and I will make her wear it. I am buying it."
Taani chuckled at his excitement, as this time he was the one whose all attention was on shopping even though he never liked it. In fact Taani didn't even buy a single stuff, as he shopped all of it in his excitement. She was so amused seeing him getting excited for shopping which he loathed before.
He brought so many things, soft toys, cushions, bedsheets, bathtub, prams even though Taani said they won't be needing them anytime soon. She could see the pure happiness reflecting on his face and she thanked the almighty for treating her alright and sending this blessing in their life.
If somebody asked her few months before that she would see Rey so happy shoping for their baby, she would have scoffed in disbelief and cried at the fact that this happiness was forbidden for him. But her Krishna ji was so kind to them, so kind that even after that dark phase he blessed the both of them and made this possible.
She prayed to her Krishna ji to keep the smile on her husband's face always intact, and blessing the both of them like this always. She would always and forever be grateful to him, for making her Rey this happy and making her capable of giving this happiness to him.
