Hm. Given how silent she was on the matter, yet attentive, guessing her position was easy. Her motivations? Less so.

"In any case," The guy still went on, making obnoxious motions with his hands. "Any sort of affection you still hold for your brother is valid, but-"

"You're the president of the hero commission right?" You interrupted the man without even really noticing (or caring for that matter). Instead, you leaned even further back in your chair, gazing at the woman by the door, garnering her attention. She nodded once without a word. You pointed at her with a smile. "I got my license today. That means you're my boss."

You passed the test with Katsuki, Shoto, and those Shiketsu kids. It was less of a challenge when you allowed Atomic to use his growing force. At the end, Shoto and Katsuki were so pleased, you three ended up stopping an attack in midtown. About thirty minutes after passing actually.

All Might was plenty proud of you then. A single day later and he probably wished it was any other student in the world he had to deal with right now.

"Y/n," He stuttered anxiously, tapping your shoulder, "They have something important to ask of you. Just hear them out-"

"Nah, I'm good- Hey boss!" The president of the hero commission rose her head, blinked, awaiting you question. "Shigaraki's causing all sorts of problems right? I mean he's a murderer, a villain and all, why would one of your police officers try to infer I have any emotional connections to a freak like him?"

Once again, everyone sort of moved in their chairs, more exasperated than feeling awkward at this point. But not that woman. Nothing you did phased her. Looking over at her little gang of informants than back, she gave a pretty good answer.

"As I understand it, your powers are connected."

"Wrong." You said, pretty comically, because this whole situation was a shit show, why not add a little comedy. "They used to be connected. Atomic's a loyal little bastard. Just because we share the same blood doesn't mean he won't return to me when I ask."

"You have proof of that?" The cop was getting antsy. You know? Not having an opportunity to harass you for the last five minutes was probably really trying for her, poor thing.

"I could ram you against that wall with my mind, is that proof enough?" You asked, winking at her, the fact that there was only amusement in your voice rather than aggression pissing her off all the more.

"You're acting very righteous for someone who openly lied in an official police investigation," She bit, crossing her arms, frowning heavily. What a petty creature she was. Of course you lied. But what could they do to you now?

Atomic was such an asset to their little plan, right? Not to mention, you were as well known as Katsuki and Shoto- a prized hero student who'd gone through unimaginable events of torment. Putting you in prison? Expelling you? That was just bad press.

"Oh, I'm so sorry! Was it official!?" You asked, pressing a hand to your chest as if shocked at the news. Turning to All Might, you put your fingers above your mouth, whispering with fake embarrassment. "I thought we were just practicing,"

"This is getting us nowhere!" The ugly dressed yelled, holding his hips like an asshole. "All Might. Control your student."

"Yeah All Might, come on," You joined in, "Can't you see I'm bothering the homophobe?"

"Y/n!" All Might yelled, but you ignored him turning towards the fuming man who looked like he was getting ready to punch you in the face.

"Ya know, maybe if you loosened your suspenders that stick up your ass wouldn't reach so far."
