Ares : excuse me ?

Shirou : get to the point already and stop wasting everyone's time, I know you want something from me so tell me what is it .

Ares : I want to put you in your place, ever since you got a your new look you have been acting like a big shot.

Shirou : I don't see why you are mad, you now have aphrodite, you can marry her if you want, I have only stopped you from rapeing another goddess and put you in the hospital for a few weeks even though I wanted to send you to tartarus.

Hera : hephaestus he is your brother, you shouldn't say such a thing.

Shirou : I don't consider him as such, nor do I consider you my mother nor zeus as my father, just like I never considered aphrodite my wife after the years she spent cheating on me, the only family I have is the few who care about me and treated me well, the rest of you can die for all I care.

His response drew gasps from the council, but the most affected were hera and aphrodite whose eyes began to water, for apbrodite hearing that she meant nothing to the forge god made her heart shatter like glass, he spoke as if her death would not effect him, it hurt her more to know that he stopped considering her his wife a long time ago and stopped caring and loving her, she was the goddess of love, to know that your own husband doesn't love you left a dark pit in her stomach.

Hera on the other hand felt that she was slapped, say what you say about her but she was the goddess of marriage and family, when she threw hephaestus off olympus for being ugly she thought it was the right thing to do, what nobody knew is that after that she was plagued with nightmares, her own domain lashing out against her and torturing her causing her untold amount of pain, she felt a bit of relief when hephaestus returned but she could not look him in the face and apologize, her pride prevented it, she knew many gods and goddesses made fun of him and mocked him and she did nothing to prevent it, she had tried to make it better and give him a companion in the form of aphrodite in order to make up for what she did however that was the worst decision she could have made, aphrodite was perhaps the worst wife for her son, she cheated on him with his own brother and many others including her husband zeus and she was always insulting him and calling him a monster, their marriage was perhaps as bad as hers with zeus, she felt joy when he became handsome and thought that perhaps thing would improve between him and aphrodite only to be shocked that he requested a divorce, as the goddess of marriage such thing was a afront to her domain so she denied it which was a mistake, he wanted nothing to do her and it would seem that her pride has now caused hephaestus to disown her as his mother.

Shirou : now ares tell me what I will get if I do fight you and win.

Ares : what do you want ?

Shirou :  your sacred boar.

Ares : WHAT !

Ares's reaction was reasonable, he loved his sacred boar more than his own children, it had his blessing and great power, it was huge capable of destroying cities easily if left unchecked.

Ares :  what do you want with it ?

Shirou : no idea, I may cook it.

Ares was now sweating, his precious boar may end up as food if he lost.

Zeus : you want to cook a divine boar ?

Shirou : I said may, besides it will be my property, I can do anything I want with it. So what will it be ares ? Is it a deal ?

Ares hesitated before fire lit in his eyes.

Ares : deal.
