Dear Commander Erwin,
It's Levi. Well you would know that because of who this letter is addressed from. But it's me. I wasn't going to actually do this, but with today's venture over the wall I've decided to sit down and write for once. Aren't you supposed to do something like this in person? Or like with some dramatic rainy kiss scene? Well life doesn't work out that way apparently. If life went the way I wanted it to, there wouldn't be titans out there. We wouldn't have to leave to go "learn" about those hideous creatures. I wouldn't have sprained a fucking ankle and now have to rest for "three days". Not like I'll even waste a day of just sitting around here. We're living in the hopes that they don't break down the wall and kill us all. Whatever.
