As the clock struck 8 o'clock, everyone opened their windows to greet each other.

The young girl payed for a loaf of bread and put it in the pocket of her dress.
🎵(Y/n): "Every morning just the same, since the morning that I came, to this poor provincial town."🎵
"Good morning (Y/n)!" A man greeted her.
"Good morning Monsieur Jean! Have you lost something again?" She asked
"Well I believe I have. The problem is I can't remember what! Oh well. I'm sure it will come to me. Where are you off to?" He asked her.
"To return this book to Père Robert. It's about two lovers in fair Verona." She told him
"Sounds boring." He commented.

As she walked past the school house, some school boys spotted her walking by.
🎵Kids: "Look there she goes, that girl is strange, no question." 🎵
The headmaster was ushering then all inside and he saw her too.
🎵Headmaster: "Dazed and distracted can't you tell?"🎵

The girl hopped on rocks across the pond and passed some women who were doing laundry.
🎵Crowd: "Never part of any crowd. Cause her heads up on some cloud. No denying she's a funny one that girl."🎵

A farmer was placing eggs on a counter and flirted with another woman.
🎵Farmer: "Bonjour, good day, how is your family?" 🎵
He winked at her.
🎵Villager: "Bonjour, good day, how is your wife?" 🎵
The farmer turned around to help another customer.
🎵Villager: "I need six eggs. 🎵
The farmer showed her the price.
🎵Villager: "That's too expensive." 🎵
