Interview part 2

Paano nya nasabi yun?

"She seemed like she doesn't know the answer, so let me answer for her. She has learned to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake others, kahit na ang kapalit nun is her own pain. Through out the time, I saw how hard she fight her own ego to overcome her fears. She never backed down from all the challenges I've given her. She is a selfless giver and a fearless fighter at the same time, first master." he said everything without looking away from me.

Gusto kong maiyak sa sinabi nya. How is it possible na napansin at nalaman nya ang mga bagay na yun para sakin? If they were true, I know, I owe it all to him.

"Which makes it, like mother, like daugther. As far as I can remember, you know that story. Right, second master?" Adrianne is now asking Locket and I have no clue kung anung story ang tinutukoy nya. Locket, looked at him breaking our eye to eye contact and giving his focus to Adrianne.

"I do." may pinaguusapan sila na hindi ko maintindihan, pero wala akong karapatan na magtanong, I am only allowed to answer their questions.

"Great. This will be exciting and I will look forward to see you in the initiation to prove me that you are not like your parents and that you will be able to create and save your own name.But I doubt.." I am aware that there is something that I need to know at pag nagtanong ako, hindi magandang evaluation ang pwede nilang ibigay sakin. 

For sure Adrianne  knows at the this point na hindi ako ang tipo ng tao na basta na lang magaagree sa mga sinasabi nya. Specially not now that he is talking about my family.

I need to ask him, now.

Naramdaman na yata ni Locket na magtatanong ako dahil bago ko pa man maibuka ang bibig ko, he speaks first to Adrianne.

"Adrianne, I think you are going too far." matalim ang bawat salitang binitawan ni Locket, maging ang iba nyang mga kasamahan ay napatingin sa kanya.

Tinawag nya sa pangalan si Adrianne na first master ng Alpha at sigurado ako na hindi yun ikinatuwa ni Adrianne.

"Am I, second master?" hindi sya tuluyang lumingon kay Locket na nasa likod lang nya, pero sinilip nya ito ng bahagya. Sa boses ni Adrianne, I can tell that Locket's behavior was not proper.

"Don't worry, I will be responsible for my behavior. -" Adrianne paused for a while and close his eyes. "--you may go now Ms.del Valle. See you at the evaluation." he gave a threatening smile na nagpabilis ng tibok ng puso ko.

That is the only time that I feel some pain in my palm. I've been grasping the arm rest of my chair too tight at hindi ko na namalayan pa yun. Tumayo ako at nagpaalam sa kanila, with all my courtesy I gave my most polite regards and goodbye to them. Buti naman at ibinalik nila sakin ang tulad ng ginawa ko.

I headed for the door, and to my surprise Locket was already behind me opening the door in front of me. I look at him for a while having a lot of questions lined up in my mind, sigurado na nararamdaman nya yun.

"Second master, will you stay for a while?" Adrianne called out to him, he seems like he expected it though. He moved a little closer to me and say something near my ears.

"Wait for me." then he gestured for me to walk outside the room without waiting for my answer.

Paglabas ko ng kwartong yun, saka ko lang naramdaman na may hangin pa pala sa paligid ko at pwede pa akong huminga. Napalingon ako sa reception area, di tulad ng dati, wala na dun si Ela na naghihintay at bumabati sakin sa tuwing pupunta ako sa Gates. Walang tao ngayon sa lugar na yun, siguro hindi pa sila nakakahanap ng kapalit ni Ela.

Halos isang oras din pala ang itinagal ng interview na yun, pagmemeetingan na siguro nila kung paano ang magiging evaluation nila samin.

Pwede rin na pinapagalitan si Locket dahil sa ginawa nya kanina.
