Konahamaru appeared in the window, just as Kakashi had done and dropped into the room.  "Sorry, I'm late.  I was out with the Team running over some fight patterns.  Someone stole one of the secret scrolls?"

"No," Naruto finally said.  "They stole your personnel files.  Only your personnel files.  Nothing else."

Iruka tilted his head to the side, "I get why they would take theirs but why mine?"

"Your wives," Shikamaru stated.  "That is the only commonality between the three of you.  It is possible that the knowledge that they are not from this world is the reason behind it.  They might be trying how best to work against you for whatever their purpose is for your wives."

Konahamaru narrowed his eyes, "They even attempt it, I'll blow a hole through them."

Kakashi agreed silently with him before saying, "We will need to keep a closer watch on them, that much is sure, and lock down their activities when we are not around."

Konahamaru narrowed his lips, "That's going to be difficult for me since I'm gone so much."

"Perhaps you should move in with us until we find out who is behind this," Kakashi said after a moment.  "We have the side of the house Sarah was using before we got married.  We can keep watch on Klaudia when you are gone."

He visibly relaxed, "Thanks, Kakashi.  Klaudia won't be happy with it but she's done working with the dogs after this.  I don't think I could take another kidnapping."

All of the men looked at him like he had grown two heads.  "What kidnapping?" Naruto exclaimed.

Konahamaru gave a long sigh, "Remember the night I came to talk to you about what I should do about her?"

"I remember you got married that same day," Naruto responded.

"When I went back to talk to her, she was gone.  So I went out to where she was working and along the way, I saw there had been a struggle.  A rogue Ninja had grabbed her on the path out to the Clan.  I barely caught up to them before he raped her."

"Why didn't you report that?"  Shikamaru asked with a scowl.

"I didn't think it mattered," Konahamaru responded.  "I killed the guy and she was safe.  It was such a horrible experience, I thought she would rather no one know what almost happened.  It was then that I knew I loved her.  I don't think Sarah and Melissa even know about it.  She was really shaken up for a long time."

"What about the rogue?  Could he possibly have been a part of this group that ransacked the scroll room?"

"No, he was just a rogue that saw a target of opportunity.  I'm certain of it after everything Klaudia told me he had said.  He had been on his own for quite a while.  Apparently, she was not the first young woman that he had grabbed and enslaved."

"Bastard," Iruka muttered.  "Well I don't have to worry about Melissa.  She stays home most of the time with Sebastian and I can set up some defenses for when I'm at work."  He then grinned, "I'd almost feel sorry for anyone that went after her.  She's tougher than you'd think she is."

"Sarah is not going to be happy going into lockdown," Kakashi groaned as he raked his fingers through his hair.  "She does not do well when confined."

"Unless she's hiding from you," Iruka smirked.

"Don't remind me," Kakashi growled.

Klaudia was smiling as she watch Tobi going through his paces.  The pup had come so far and she was very proud of him.  He was going to be an amazing Ninja hound.  She was having a bit of wistfulness as she looked around the place.  She was really going to miss being out here.  In the distance she could see Tzako walking towards her, his hands in his pockets.  He was almost to her when a sharp pain went through her and a gush of fluid ran down her leg.

"Oh god...." she moaned, clutching her stomach.

Tzako ran up to her and swept her up in his arms, "Come on Tobi."  He looked down at her with his eyes narrowed in some humor, "And here I was about to tell you that this would be your last day."

Klaudia groaned, "It's too soon."

"I think your baby will disagree with you," Tzako chuckled as Tobi ran alongside them.  He looked down at the hound.  "Go find Konahamaru and tell him to meet us at the hospital."

"On it!" Tobi replied before disappearing in a poof.

Klaudia could not believe the amount of pain she was feeling when each contraction would hit and poor Tzako would wince because she would grab his forearm tight with each one.  The contractions were getting very close together by the time they got to the hospital and he passed her off to the medics and Konahamaru who had an anxious look about his face.  She looked back to him and gave a smile.

"Thank you, Tzako," she called before disappearing from sight.

He gave a long sigh and shoved his hands into his pockets.  He had come to enjoy Klaudia a lot more than he ever thought he would a female.  If Konahamaru had not come along, he might have pursued her himself.  He was going to miss having her around.  He shifted his eyes down to Tobi, "Come on.  Time to go back."

Konahamaru paced nervously in between contractions.  The medics had declared that she was already at full dilation and the baby could come at any time.  He had been anticipating the hours long delivery that her friends had gone through but this was all happening very quickly.  She grabbed him by the arm when he passed her once more.

"Relax, it will be okay," she told him just before clinching down on the arm hard as another contraction hit her.

"The baby is crowning!" The doctor said as he looked up at her.  "On the next contraction, I want to you push."

Konahamaru grabbed hold of her hand, helping her to stay up as she bared down on the next contraction.  She screamed as the baby came out, the pain so intense that she was now sweating.  The doctor chuckled before calling, "It's a boy."  He had just passed the baby off to the nurse when he stilled.  "I'll be damned... sorry, Mama, but you're not done.  It looks like you have a stow away in there."

Klaudia would have laughed had the next baby not chose that moment to cause another intense contraction.  So Tobi and the girls were right.  Twins.  Konahamaru had a look on his face of stunned amazement and had to almost be pushed forward to cut the first baby's umbilical cord.  He glanced down and made a face before moving back to her side, smoothing the hair from her face.

"Love, you are a wonder," he told her with a laugh.

Klaudia felt almost like kissing him but then the next contraction hit and she was busy squeezing out the next one.  Another baby's cry pierced the air and the doctor laughed, "It's a girl."

Konahamaru gave her a gentle kiss before moving to cut the girl's cord.  They had not been expecting a girl and Klaudia was certain she'd never seen a look of love as pure as the one he was giving their daughter in that moment.  He moved back to her side as they brought the babies over to rest on her chest and share her warmth.  They were so small and beautiful with little wisps of dark hair.

"Well you two certainly surprised us..." she said softly.

"Do you have names?" The doctor asked with a smile as he finished her up.

Konahamaru gave her a smile, saying silently it was her decision.  She looked at him and nodded, "Levi Asuma for the boy and Luna Victoria for the girl."

Her husband gave her a watery smile at the names, "Perfect just like their mother."
