Grace's Adventure In Star Wars: Attack Of The Clones

Chapter 3

The next day, Padme was packing to go to her home planet Naboo while Grace was walking around, looking at the window seeing ships flying by and she was amazed. Then she started to hear Anakin saying about Obi Wan never listens to him, she went to the door way while Anakin and Padme were talking

"he won't let me move on" Anakin said

"That must be frustrating" Padme said

"It's worse, he's only critical, he never listens" Anakin said "he-- he doesn't understand, it's not fair"

"All mentors have a way of seeing more of our faults than we would like. It's the only way we grow" Padme said

"I know" Anakin sighs as he sat on the bed

"Anakin, don't try to grow up fast" Padme said

"But I am grown up" Anakin said as he stood up "you said it yourself"

When he smiled at her, she said "please don't look at me like that"

"Why not? Anakin asked

"It makes me feel uncomfortable" Padme said as she continues packing

"Sorry, milady" Anakin said, then he noticed Grace, he came to her and picked her up "let's wait outside till Padme finishes packing"

A while later, they finally made it to Naboo, they got off the ship and went to get something to eat

After that they were on their way to the Naboo palace

"I wasn't the youngest queen ever elected, but now that I think back on it, I'm not sure I was old enough" Padme said "I'm not sure I was ready"

"The people who served thought you did a good job" Anakin said "I heard they even tried to amend the constitution so you can stay in office"

"I was relieved when my two terms were up" Padme said

A while later at the Naboo palace, they were having a meeting, Grace was in front of Anakin while he puts his hands on her shoulder

The next day, they went to Padme's lake home and they were walking to the balcony while Grace was walking around the balcony

"We used to come here for school retreat. We would swim to that island every day. I love the water." Padme said "we used to lie out on the sand and let the sun dry us and try to guess the names of the birds singing."

"I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. Not like here. Here everything is soft and smooth" Anakin said

Then Anakin and Padme looked at each other, then they slowly kissed, Grace saw it and she opened her mouth with shocked

Padme pulled herself out as she said "no, I shouldn't have done that"

"I'm sorry" Anakin apologized

The next day, Anakin, Padme were having a picnic near the water falls while Grace was playing with the creature

While Anakin and Padme were having a conversation, Grace thought about getting on the creature so she did and it started moving

"Hey Anakin, Padme, look at me" Grace said

As they saw Grace standing on the creature, Padme said as she gets up and runs after her "oh Grace, be careful" and Anakin gets up to catch up

Then Grace was starting to lose her balance, as she was about to fall, Padme caught her and said "gotcha, you're lucky that I got you or else you could of been hurt"

"Sorry, I was just having fun" Grace apologized

"Here, this is how you do it" Anakin said and he gets on the creature ad it start moving

Padme and Grace were watching Anakin standing on the creature while it was jogging, then he lost his balance and fell down

Padme put Grace down, they ran to Anakin and Padme said "Ani, Ani are you alright?"

She turned him and he was laughing making Padme playfully smacked him, then they were rolling to the grass as Grace was running after them

They stopped, looked at each other, when Grace got to them, Anakin lifted Grace high as he still lies down on the grass, he sits up, blew raspberries on her belly and Grace laughs really hard while Padme laughs

A while later, they were having dinner, Grace was about to eat a whole pear, Anakin used the force to get the pear to him, he cuts it to 2 pieces, used to force to give 1 piece to Grace and she said "Thank you, Ani"

"You're welcome, Grace" Anakin said
