I woke up to the sound of an alarm clock going off I tried to go back to sleep but it wasn't happening. It was 5:00 in the morning so I rolled over to feel if Makeo is still beside me but he wasn't there. The bathroom light was on and the door was had opened up

Makeo: good morning ma, how did you sleep?

Me: good until that damn alarm clock went off, where are you going anyway?

Makeo: I'm sorry it woke you up, but I'm about to go on a run and work out

Me:ouuu I wanna come, it gives me something to do let me get dressed

Makeo: Ight ma, I'll meet you down stairs

I go to my room that's down the hall and go through some of my clothes I put on a pair of tights with a Nike sports bra and sum Nike running shoes and threw a hoodie on top of that because it was cold. I make my way downstairs to see Makeo waiting for me in Gym shorts and a sleeveless shirt showing his tattoos and his muscular arms he was making strawberry banana smoothies so we could start our day with something good I guess
Since the house had a built in gym and a running track in the back of the yard we really didn't have to leave to go anywhere so that was a good thing. We start on the race track and ran two laps well I ran two laps Makeo ran three I was tired asf after we finished that we went to the gym. This damn gym was huge asf it was like a planet fitness but bigger it had treadmills, ellipticals, a boxing and sparing spot, a weights station, and many other types of machines and stuff that I don't know the names too it also had a little break and snack area too and a whole ass bathroom with lockers and showers (I don't see the point in that when it's next to the house but I guess for quick access or sum)  anyway I was really so excited like a kid in the candy store I wanted to try everything.

Makeo: so you can basically get on everything you want to what I do is get on stuff for 30 min at a time and take 10 min breaks or you can do whatever works best for you Okay

Me:Okay cool, do you have a speaker here because I didn't bring my headphones

Makeo: yea all the speakers are hooked up you just gotta connect to them umm it should be sonyfm

Haven:okay bet

I didn't know what to play cause I don't know what mood I'm in so I just hit shuffle on Apple Music and it started playing Cash shit by Megan the stallion ft da baby

Me: "REAL HOT GIRL SHIT Yea Im in my bag but I'm in his too, that's why every time you see me I got on new shoes ah mwah"

Makeo just laughed at me and started working out, the first thing I did was start to jog on the treadmill for 30 mins and Makeo got on the elliptical for 30 mins as well. We were in the gym by ourselves for awhile until the rest of the crew decided to join us

Cody: damn it smells like sweat in this bitch good morning y'all

Me: well we have been puttin in that work ain't that right M

Makeo: hell ye ma we been here since 6 y'all motherfuckers were slumped

Carmen: well didn't nobody tell us that we were supposed to work out this morning so whatever
