Eleanor had been one of the last to remove herself from the table and as she did her eyes found George across the room. He briefly nodded his head to the side and she nodded knowing he wanted to see her.

As she made her way across the room a hand grabbed her arm and pulled her away from finding George and towards her father, another man and a boy closer to her own age.

"Eleanor, this is David Thorne and his son Noah. David, Noah this is my daughter Eleanor." Lawerence introduced her to them two men.

"Nice to meet you." The older man smiled at her as he shook her hand.

"Like wise." Eleanor smiled in reply. She internally sighed, knowing she was now stuck her as he father talked business instead of seeing George.

As the conversation went on she noticed George reappear from the direction he had disappeared to in order to see Eleanor. He looked around the room in search of the Stroll and laughed slightly as he saw her bored out of her mind as she pretended to be interested in whatever conversation her father was having with some man.

Both David and his son were completely engrossed by what Lawerence was saying and Eleanor couldn't care less. It was conversation she had heard a million times before. She silently sipped the drink she had been presented with a few minutes ago and she scanned the room.

George caught her eye across the room and she laughed quietly as the Brit rolled his eyes, silently asking her if the conversation she was apart of was boring and she nodded in reply.

"Save me." She mouthed across the room to him and he nodded in reply, understanding what he was saying.

George watched as Lance and Sara along with Charles, Charlotte and Pierre headed out onto the balcony continuing whatever conversation they were having. He then made his way across the room to where Eleanor was standing and stopped next to her.

"Pardon me for interrupting but, Eleanor, Lance and Sara are looking for you." George informed the dark haired girl.

"Thanks George. I'll go now." Eleanor smiled in reply, thankful for him getting her out of that.

"Good driving yesterday George. Keep it up over the weekend." Lawerence told the Williams' driver as he patted him on the shoulder.

"Thank you sir." George nodded his head in reply to the older man.

"I better go find Lance and Sara. It was nice meeting you both." Eleanor spoke up and briefly smiled at the men before leaving them alone and George followed behind.

The pair disappeared in two separate directions with Eleanor acting as if she was searching for her brother and his girlfriend before disappearing towards the back of the Grimaldi Forum and into a private room.

The room was dark and only slightly lit by the street lights of Monte Carlo illuminating through the window wall that was covering by a light white curtain.

Eleanor walked towards the window and pulled the curtain back slightly to see the view of the road next to the Grimaldi Forum and the Mediterranean Sea beyond that.

The door opened causing her to drop the curtain and turn around. She watched as he closed the door behind him, locking it securely so they wouldn't be caught.

"Hello." Eleanor spoke with a smile he walked towards her.

"Hey." George replied quietly before pulling her into a hug. The pair stood like that for a few minutes simply taking on each other's embrace.

"You looked great up there. Definitely a possible career choice if F1 doesn't work out long term." Eleanor told him as she rested her head against his chest and listened to his beating heart.

"Are you saying I'm not a good Formula One driver?" George asked as he pulled away from the Stroll girl and pretended to be offended by her words.

"Shut up and kiss me Russell." She told him and he didn't argue before leaning down and placing his lips against her, wrapping his arms around her waist and bringing her closer.

This had become their new normal since getting together. Secret meetings, stolen kisses away from friends and family on race weekends. And although it wasn't the ideal situation, it worked for them because it meant they could be together.
