Oh no PT.1

Denise's POV

"Come on Kaliah its not your fault" I said as I rubbed her back while she complained

Kaliah: "it's been two weeks and he already has a new girlfriend"

I didn't know what to say so I kept quiet

Kaliah: "He didn't even fight for our relationship!"

I didn't know how to respond to that either so I just sighed

I knew I had to think of something because she was the one who stuck by my suede when I was going through shit with zo

"she's just a rebound"

Kaliah: "I'm so done crying over this man; I've had enough" She said as she wiped her tears away and stood up

Zo: "we're back" He said as he walked in the house carrying zoey

I smiled as zoey ran into my arms

Zo: "what The hell is goin on with you and Gelo?" He asked as he looked at Kaliah

Kaliah: "why?"

Zo: "uh Cause there's some random girl with him at my parents house" he said as he scrunched up his face

"What?!"

This was an all new low for Liangelo ball

Zo: "Melo won rookie of the year last week so him and Josette are coming back to chino today. We're supposed to be going to six flags tomorrow to celebrate...the girl Gelo brought is spending the night over there so we could all leave together in the morning."

"How come im just now hearing about this?"

Zo: "cause I just found out 20 minutes ago"

Kaliah just stood there in disgust

Kaliah: "your brother is really starting to work my last nerve"

Zo: "Melo wants the whole family there so that means you too" he said as he eyed Kaliah

Kaliah: "I'll think about because I can't be near Gelo"

Zo: "think of it this way..you'll be there for Melo not Gelo"

Kaliah: "I said I'll think about it; I'll see y'all later" she said before leaving out

Zo: "can you explain what's goin on? I asked Gelo but he refuses to answer any of my questions" He said to me as zoey ran to her room

"Gelo cheated with some girl named jaden"

Zo: "Owens?! Like the basket ball player?!"

I nodded

Zo: "what?! When?!"

"To my knowledge He stopped seeing the girl last month"

Zo: "he's down bad"

"Personally I think he only cut ties with the girl because Kaliah found out. I think he would've continued had Kaliah not known"

Zo: "how long was he talking to the jaden girl for?"

"1 to 2 months I think"

Zo: "what the fuck!"

"He took Kaliah to Charlotte as an apology vacation."

Zo: "I knew about the whole staying with Melo and Josette because Melo told me about it when they showed up on his doorstep"

"Apparently right before they left Charlotte They had an argument. Kaliah said some shit about Gelo not going pro, Gelo said some bullshit back, then they broke up. from what I was told it was a whole mess" I said as i shook my head

Zo: "well she's gonna flip her shit if she goes with us tomorrow"

"Why?"

Zo: "the girl Gelo brought to my parents house wasn't named jaden"

I just bit the inside of my cheek and sat there awkwardly

I doubt Kaliah knows that there's a third girl involved

"Is he's doing this to get back at Kaliah?"

Zo: "man I didn't even know they broke up. I just thought he was being sneaky"

I shook my head

I had a feeling That trip was gonna end badly

Zo: "speaking of bullshit..I ran into Monty at 24"

"That's a name I haven't heard in a While"

Zo: "he asked me how everybody was then dropped a bomb on me saying that he wants to get back with Josette"

"Melo would beat his ass again if he even thinks about getting too close to Josette"

Zo: "he said that he's been asking around for her number but none of their old mutual friends have it."

"He needs to stay where he's at. Nobody likes him anymore"

Zo: "that's what I told him. I can deal with him being a cheater but I draw the line at him punching on women"

I just nodded in agreement

Zo: "I doubt he knows she's been in Charlotte this entire time but I didn't tell him because she's not his business anymore"

"I don't understand his logic. You treat the girl terribly, she moves on, now you want her back?"

Zo: "all I know is Josette makes Melo happy and I'll be dammed if I let him fuck up my brothers happiness"

I just smiled

The way he loved his family was amazing to me

"We both know Josette wouldn't even look monty's way anymore so there's nothing to worry about"

Zo: "I know; I just don't trust him" he shrugged

"Should we tell Josette?"

Zo shook his head

Zo: "no point because he's irrelevant"

I nodded in agreement again
