Something I thought you knew.
A cold turning point.
One that pierced my heart.
Damaged a piece of me.
Sending my feelings off the chart.
My heart sunk.
Been put in the grave.
The way that you decided to behave.
The words.
My feelings are nothing but a lie.
Now I lay here and cry.
Everyone is right.
Now I ask myself why?
I don't deserve a world like this.
My tears of misery.
The broken heart.
The heart you hold the key to.
Mr. Awesome, this is how you treat it?
By telling me what I feel is a lie?
The whole reason behind the tears I cry.
No one can feel the pain.
The heartache.
You took it to a whole nother limit.
Almost the breaking point.
You treated my heart like a toy.
Something you can just play with.
But it's not!
Every word you said.
Every reason behind it.
It all broke me down.
The shattering pain of the heartless sound.
Now I just lay here.
Crying.
Wishing.
And wondering.
Mr. Awesome, everything you told me, I don't believe can be taken back.
You've scarred my heart.
You sure are your own work or art.
I can't believe you would go and create all this heartache.
Mr. Awesome, last night changed my mind and made me think so hard.
My feelings are anything but a lie.
