It makes me sad when your watching someone talk about something they're passionate about then they have to stop and say "sorry I got excited" or "sorry I know this is boring" like in order for them to feel a need to say that, someone had to ridicule or criticize them on speaking their mind. So basically if a person says "sorry" all the time it's basically because they need someone they can talk to and confide in.
