morning came and as per usual, maddie and daniel were all cuddled up with each other even though they fell asleep with their backs facing each other. daniel's eyes fluttered open and the first thing he saw was his girlfriend snuggled up into his bare chest. he smiled at the sight and kissed her forehead, which woke her up. she opened one eye and immediately closed it.
"ugh what time is it?" she asked and snuggled closer into her boyfriend. he chuckled and then reached for his phone on his nightstand.
"it is 10:26."
"okay, can we sleep all day please?" daniel laughed again.
"no beautiful, we have to get up." he kissed her head. she groaned.
"no, i'm staying here." she pulled the blankets over her head. he tried getting her up but she fell back asleep. he smiled at her and pulled her closer to him.
