Next morning

All were in college. Sid was sitting in class but staring at his phone by hiding it under his book. Prof noticed him.

Ni was sitting beside him. He shaked him.

Sid stood up on his seat.

Prof: You know you are not allowed to use phone in lectures. And what is so important that you are lost in your phone from last 10 minutes that you are not even aware you are sitting in class

Sid just looked down.

Prof: Siddharth Nigam I need an answer

Sid: Sorry sir

Prof: Very good. Everyday disobey teachers and then say I am sorry

Sid: Sir I am extremely sorry

Prof: Ok give your phone I will submit in the principal office. If you want then call your mom

Sid: Sir please don't call mom

Prof: Call Abhishek Nigam from Final Year IT class immediately

Sid came forward and gave his phone.

Prof: Can anyone say you are the brother of topper of this college?

Abhi came in 5 minutes.

Abhi: Sir you called me urgently. Any problem?

Prof: Yes. I am taking lecture. But your brother is doing much more important tast than listening to me. He is busy on his phone

Abhi glared at Sid. All students were gossiping.

Prof: Silence. Not a word now. Or anyone else also wanna accompany Siddharth

All got quite and prof turned towards Abhi.

Abhi: I am extremely sorry sir. I apologize on his behalf. Sir please forgive him. Principal sir is gonna suspend him this time. Leave him na sir please. After this day, he won't do any mischief. I assure you sir. If he did, you can do anything you like to do with him. Please forgive him this time

Prof looked at Sid. Abhi signalled him to apologize.

Sid: Yes sir. Please sorry sir. It will not be repeated

Abhi left and Sid went back to his seat. After 15 minutes lecture got over and prof left.

Ni: Aaj to bach gia tu. Jitna gussa professor ko tha, mujhe lga tu to gia aaj

Sid: I know

Ni: Waise you were staring on phone from long time. Aesa kya tha ki tu itna lost ho gia phone mein

Sid: Umm n....n....nothing

He smiled nervously.

Sid's P.O.V.

Ab isse kya btaoo I was staring at Avni's pic. Aaj to bach gia.

Ni shooked him.

Ni: Kidar khoya hai? I don't know you and Ashi are behaving really weired these days. She is also lost most of the time aur tu bhi ajeeb sa behave kr rha hai. Avu ko to 3 din se nhi dekha. Tum teeno best friends ek jaise ho. Ab kha khoya tha?

Sid was thinking what to say but Abhinavi came there.

Abhi: Sid aaj bohot buri tarah fas jaata tu mein bta doo tereko. Mein mom ko normally complaint nhi krta hu teri but yhi harkate rhi na to mujhe mom ko bolna pdega. Aaj wo professor itna gusse mein tha. Mein bta rha hu wo chhodne wala nhi hai tereko

Vaish: Chhodo na Abhi. Kyo mere bhai ko daantte rehte ho?

Abhi: Tumhara bhai. You know what ye tum har baar usko bacha leti ho na, mujhe kuch kehne ni deti ye sab usika result hai

Vaish: Hnn to pyaar se bhi samjha skte ho usse

Abhi: Arre to maine kha maara isse. Bohot pyaar se samjha rha hu. Achha chhodo. Sid aage se teri complaint ni aani chahie

Sid: Nhi aayegi dada aap bilkul tension matt lo

Abhi: Aur aayi to?

Vaish: Usne bol dia na nhi aayegi matlab nhi aayegi. Ab bas kro

Abhi shooked his head in disbelief and handed Sid his phone.
