Itsuki: We have lunch at a nearby restaurant earlier so we come here to check up on you.

I close the door behind me and start to walk to a pharmacy. Nino and Itsuki follow me.

Itsuki: So, what the doctor said?

Me: I didn't get enough sleep lately. That's why.

I stop in front of a counter. I give the pharmaceutist a paper that my doctor gave to me earlier.

I said while dragging Itsuki to receptionist.

I stop in front of receptionists.

Me: Can we get the name of the doctor that treat (Y/N) (L/N).

Yotsuba: How's your stomach doing? Miku is going to come back with some medicine, okay?

Me: She really made me eat until I collapsed.

Yotsuba laugh nervously.

Me: This is all your fault, you know? You kept complaining. I really thought it was good. But lying wouldn't have hurt you.

Yotsuba: But Miku would be able to tell if I lied!

Me: You could've just dodged the question by saying, you like the taste of croquette.

I cover my eyes with my arms. I sigh.

Me*thought*: At least I still have time to see they graduate. Hopefully...

Suddenly images of Akane start to fill my head.

Suddenly I heard someone slam the house door open. I remove my hand from my face and look at the door only to see Itsuki and Nino is walking at me with sad mix with angry face.

Itsuki: Why you didn't tell us?

Me: Tell what?

Nino: The truth behind your headaches.

Me: How the hell you know?

Nino: I didn't believe you when you said the headaches is because of you didn't get enough sleep, so I asked Dr. Asaki right away. But I didn't expect the real cause of your headaches is because of brain tumor.

Yotsuba: Huh?! Brain tumor?!

Me: Well, even if I tell you, I don't think you'll care about it.

Itsuki: What are you talking about?! Of course we care about you! You're lucky that the tumor size is just like a baseball size!

Me: That's pretty big actually.

Yotsuba: How you can be so calm!?

Me: Well, even if I panic, it's not like it will help me to find money to pay for surgery to remove the tumor.

Nino: Dr. Asaki is arranging schedule for your surgery. He said he will call me when the preparation for your surgery are ready.

I cover my eyes back with my arms and start to cry.
