Q1. How long would it take for you to finish editing a book?
I am the only editor in the team (I am still looking for editing partners at the moment), so I cannot assure you that I will finish them within two to three days at most. Books vary in numbers of words or chapters and the time I spend editing them depends on the length.
See photo for more information:
Note: Turnaround time varies for substantive editing requests. Also, 1 page = 250 words.
Q2. Do I need to pay for each chapter?
Yes. Unfortunately, it would take a huge amount of time and effort to finish copyediting a chapter. I am just a human trying to earn a living guys so I hope you understand. Compared to other copyediting or proofreading companies, I do not take huge fees.
The service charge would be as follows:
Note: For documents of 150 pages or more, bulk rate applies.
Q3. How do you edit my works?
The most common way would be through Google Docs. But if you have another software in mind, I could always adjust to your specific needs.
Q4. I'm interested! How to avail?
Process for availing will be on the next chapter.
