Also, y'all heard of the controversy that's going on with the ITH movie? It's really sad in all honesty. I do agree that more afro-latinos should have been cast because we Latinos are diverse but that being said, the movie shouldn't be boycotted because of that. This movie is a big step for us. The cast is fully made up of latinos, which is so amazing. We're finally being heard. Criticism is valid, of course but completely shitting on this movie just rubs me the wrong way. I don't know, might just be me
The controversy aside, the movie was really good! At least to me. Definitely a lot of changes but holy hell, I absolutely loved it. If any of y'all have seen it, plea s e talk to me about it. I need someone to talk to about the movie :')
