"Hell yea"I said low,He sat next to me

"Baby what's wrong"I shrugged as he rubbed my back

"Nervous about tomorrow"He asked

"Kind of"I sighed

"What is it to be nervous about"He asked,I turned and looked at him

"The fact that I might beat the fuck out of my sister if she there,and my dad family already don't like us like that so I'm trying not to do too much"I said

"I get it but like you tell me,know when to act up and don't let her get you out of character like that"He shrugged

"You're right,it's because I'm gonna have my son with me and that's all I need to keep me calm"I kissed his cheek and laid back down,He looked at me

"Baby its something else bothering you and I know it is,Talk to me"I smacked my lips

"Chris I just wanna sleep ok",He nodded

"Aight im gonna go play the game"I grabbed his arm

"Breezy don't,Just lay with me please"He sighed and laid behind me pulling me close to him wrapping his arm around me,I kissed his hand

"I love you"He whispered in my ear

"I love you more"I said softly before dozing off to sleep

The next morning I was the first one up,I took a long hot shower and threw on some pajamas while Chris was still asleep,Zayden was in his room watching cartoons so I sat on the floor next to him and watched it with him.

It was goin on 3 and nobody was dressed or ready yet. I lowkey dragging time because I didn't want to go but I promised my dad.I got Zayden ready and Chris was in the shower.

Bree said she would meet me there and she was already on her way so we left around 5 to my surprise everybody was there already. Alonna called as soon as I got there and said she was sick so she was staying home.

My dad's family spent no time asking Chris questions and interrogating his ass as soon as we walked through the door. These people haven't been in my life since was little now all of a sudden they know what's good for me.

Me and Bree would sneak out to the car and  smoke just to ease my mood,I saw cousins and that I never knew I had and tbh some of they ass was stick up and some of them didn't even care we were cousins but Chris stayed on my ass.

I helped my dad and his wife finish the food and everybody really just sat at the table eating, I just so happen to look across from me and see Latrice sitting there with the bitch that almost got her ass beat rolling her eyes but Bree and Chris told me to ignore them so I did.

My mom was basically on her side because she didn't say a word to me since she got here. All the times I called her after everything happened and she didn't answer or call me back.I was cool with her taking Latrice side because I expected that but she didn't know role entire story and that's what pissed me off.

"So Chris are you originally from here"My aunt I have t seen in 6 years asked

"Umm no I'm actually from Tappahannock Virginia,I moved here with my mom when I was 12 "

"And where is she"She asked,He looked slightly irritated

"She past away almost 4 years ago in a car accident"I held his hand

"Oh I'm so sorry sweety"She said

"Thank you"He said before drinking some of the punch
