Verdict 28:The Women

Yerein decided to leave tomorrow night.She was helping Mayca in the kitchen when the doctor paraded herself.

"Is the soup finished Maycs?" Mayca rolled her eyes,as much as she hated the girl she was the doctor of her brother.

"Big bro said Yerein will be the one to carry the soup,because they need to discuss something important"

Yerein paused on washing the vegetables.No one informed her about it.This was sudden.

"They can talk about it,after he eats,give it to me"the doctor felt like she was the first wife.She immediately got the soup.

"Sorry Yers"Mayca said

"You shouldn't be like that,she is your brother's choice"

"No way,her mouth...may God forgive me,she forced me to tell your story"

"My story?"

"Yeah"

Now it answered her how the girl knew her background story.

The night embraced the sun so fast and it was clothe by the darkness.The dream of the captain to avoid the woman was accomplished,it had been two days he didn't see her.Every time the doctor went inside to dress his wound he was hoping that it was the girl that he wanted to avoid.But his wound was getting better,the doctor could leave now,maybe Yerein didn't show herself because he had been taken cared of by the expert.

It was midnight but the captain was still not asleep,he was resting his head on the headboard of the bed when he heard a sound coming from the outside of his house.He peeked on the window and then he saw officer Nico and Yerein.

"The hell"the captain sweetly cursed before he hurriedly went downstairs.And after coming out from the front door he spoke.

"Where are you going?" No reply.Based from what he saw,she was convincing officer Nico to drive her.

"Where is she going Nico?!" He was shouting,he was asking the man but his eyes were still focused on the woman.

"She...she wanted to go back to the camp" officer Nico couldn't help but said the truth

"Get inside.."the captain was like a strict father telling her daughter that she was grounded for weeks,"I said get inside"

Yerein was directly went to the guest room while the captain was following her

When Yerein was about to close the door he immediately went inside.

He didn't care.He forgot the invasion of privacy.

"Do you know how dangerous it is to go there?" She didn't answer.If she was the reason the man would get hurt she would rather leave.

"You want to waste our effort of protecting you?"since she didn't want to talk;he would just scold her

"Giving your life for free huh,tell me what aspect I am lacking for you to surrender to the enemy?"Yerein was already sitting on the edge of the bed,not far away from the captain.He was standing while looking at the woman.When he talked he would moved his hand in different direction as if he was trying to be a strict father to his unfilial child

"I am not surrendering, captain,I am just going back to my cell" Yerein answered calmly,although the environment was starting to be stormy.

"WHY?"His question came immediately,he almost didn't let Yerein finish her words.

She had no answer,or she had but it was not something easy to verbalize.

"Don't stress yourself,your wound will--" out of nowhere the doctor peeked on the door and gave her unnecessary advice.

"Leave us alone" the words stung in the doctor's heart,she looked at Kamzan and the shocked Yerein.

"This is what I am talking about, she's changing you!" The doctor still continued to insert herself on the scene.This time she opened the door wide

"I said... leave us alone" the captain's last warning.Mayca pulled away the doctor and closed the guest room door.

"You don't need to be harsh to the woman you love,I am just a prisoner here" she saw that the woman was hurt.How could the captain hurt the woman he loved in front of her?

"You should apologize to her"Yerein continued to lecture the captain

"Don't tell me what I shall do"the captain sour reply

"I am telling you before you regret it later"

"Don't change the topic and answer my damn question"

Their loud voice was echoing inside the house.Every time Kamzan's voice resonated, officer Max would close her eyes.

"It didn't matter,I am still here"

"Is your childish behavior today related to that doctor? Does she remind you of your burned dream?" He didn't know why Yerein neglected him and almost wasted his protection .He wanted to guess and he wanted to know if what was the true reason that made her or forced her to go without informing him.

"You don't have to know everything about me"

"I think I hit bullseye" when he saw her eyes became larger from what he said he confirmed that his guess was right.

"So?what will you do?Are you going to compare me again to that great doctor? just like how you compared me to my best friend?" And the vase of Yerein's jealousy finally cracked. She allowed it to get out since it was too much,too heavy to bear it anymore .Finally for the second time she allowed her genuine emotions to flow freely.

"You and love are different"this triggered her pain even more.The way he called her,she kept asking if what was the most beautiful word, princess or love?

"Yes you are right,she is great,that is the reason why you didn't allow me to treat your wound"the captain looked at her,he thought she would not notice,but it didn't mean he didn't trust her expertise,he was just too prideful to ask for her help

And his princess still continued on blabbering"why I am just a burden,she is your healer.She could heal you,she can hel--"

"Sleep,don't envy Loverinia,it doesn't need to be ranked,people can stand on both the same level"

"What about the heart? Can it give the same amount of love to two women?" She saw him as her sensei that she always expected to give answers to her unending queries.

"Muslim man can marry 4 women"the captain just said what he knew.

"I am talking about equality"Yerein said.

"I don't know,it gives me headache.But why are we talking about this?as if I am going to marry four women"

"If you are planning to marry one woman don't give hope to those you didn't plan to choose"

"I can't avoid it,it's not giving hope,it is just being a gentleman"

"Is calling someone princess part of being a gentleman?"

"You are the only one I called princess" captain answered while wondering

"Yes,because the other woman called love"

"La? You mean the doctor?"he asked while making his eyes big,a sign that he was amused" You are a crazy woman Yerein"he laughed.A real laugh.This was the part where he finally discovered what's the source of her childish outburst.

"You said it to me many times" and she was irritated by his reaction.There was nothing funny but he was laughing.

"No you really are,just sleep and don't escape,and yes I called her 'love' because her name is Loverenia" the captain said while smiling.The captain already knew her moves.She would become crazy when she couldn't control her feelings anymore,be it anger or love, just like what she did when she linked the captain to Fragya,but this time it was more serious and more obvious.

The officers were amazed by the look of their captain.His face was calmed now,if he was not a practicing Muslim they would assume that they did some forbidden thing inside but they knew it was something that their captain would not do.

The look on his face was an enigma,and only the captain knew what it meant..
