5 years later

5 years passed after the white room was closed due to an accident that caused the whole building to collapse. Due to the sensitive information it wasn't told public nor the whereabouts of the place. There are no casualties and the children were rescued. Most of the children were under the protection and care of the government while others found themselves a family and finally managed to live a normal life. Dianne and Kuro are under the care of Inspector Shimura Kai, for the meantime until they found a proper guardian for them.

Kuro who's now 16 years old and Dianne who's 15 years old are both highschool students now. Both have a remarkable grades and results and lots of schools are scouting them. Kuro who's athletic skills are way beyond higher than a normal highschool kid and Dianne's intelligence that surpasses the level of college students or even teachers.

Nakamura Kuro Pov

"Hey Dianne you should hurry we're gonna be late" I said

"Hai hai, just 3 more minutes" she replied

"Let's go" she added

"Shimura-san we'll be going" I said to him

"Take care" he said

Mr. Shimura is our guardian for now. We live together in his house. He also helped us to study and taught us a lot of different things.

"Dianne, do you still remember Ayanokoji-san" I asked

"Of course, my memory isn't that bad" he replied

"I hope we see him again" she added

"Yeah, thanks to him we learned a lot of things" I said

"If we can't see him ever again, I hope he's happy and in a good condition" she said

"I won't forget you Ayanokoji-san after all you're my first friend. I am grateful for everything you have done for our sake. I'll keep working hard and someday we'll see each other again" I whispered to myself

"Are you okay, you're thinking of something aren't you" she asked

"Is it the exams?" She added

"No, it's nothing anyways we need to hurry up. We only have 5 minutes" I answered

"No your clock must be broken, let me see mine...oh no. Hurryyy!" she shouted

"Let's race then who's the fastest" I challenged

"Bring it on!!" She replied with a pure enthusiasm

Shimura Kai Pov

It's been years since the past events. I can't still believe that the person I wanted revenge is already gone. Set aside the hate, his son is a good person. I guess I owe you, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka.

"You should pick a better place to meet up" I said to him

"This is the better place, let me just say something before I can disappear from your life" he said
