"Fucking creep!" Soobin exclaimed. "Always stalking and shit."

"Legends say that it can never be satisfied in terms of human craving," Kai added. "After it devours a victim, it's hungry for the next."

"Me." Y/N wheezed, high-fiving Beomgyu.

"No, I'm not playing." Kai frowned at them. "You shouldn't be taking it as a joke. It hears everything."

"Let me get this straight," Yeonjun pointed his flashlight at him. "You felt smart taunting Mrs. Winchester's ghost back in the mansion but now you're dead serious about an unearthly beast roaming around?"

Kai shrugged.

"Make up your mind, pal." Yeonjun scoffed. "Jesus."

"It's just that, ghosts can possess us and we could still get rid of them." Kai reasoned. "But, if we were to bump into a Wendigo, we'd all be food for his mukbang."

"Is there anyway we could spot the Wendigo easily?" Y/N questioned.

"Let's taunt it." Soobin suggested.

"FUCK YOU, WENDIGO!" Beomgyu shouted, voice echoing.

"What the-.." Taehyun inched from him. "You might want to be gentle at least.."

"YOU THINK YOU'RE THE KING OF THIS FOREST? WE OWN THIS PLACE NOW!" Beomgyu spread his arms. "WHAT'RE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT, HUH?"

"Beomgyu," Y/N sighed. "Stop i—"

"No, no." Yeonjun ceased her. "Let him be."

"Come out, buddy." Taehyun called. "It's just us. Five idiots, one genius— I am the genius."

Soobin sneered. "How fucking dare y—"

"Oh, Wendigo." Yeonjun lulled. "I see you've got reindeer horns in Pinterest, eh? You horny bastard."

"It's got what?" Y/N whispered to Kai. "What does it look like?"

Kai hugged himself. "It's commonly thin, bones sticking out of its ash-rotten flesh. It's tall and has sharp claws. They say it's got fangs and bloody lips too but some people insist it's got a skull and horns of a reindeer instead."

"So, it's like.. A cross-breed Slenderman?"

"Kinda," Kai nodded. "I like Slenderman by the way."

"Wendigo!" Soobin shouted. "If you're real, step out of the shadows, coward! Rip my arms! Eat it in front of me!"

"Twist our heads off!" Yeonjun added. "Suck on our bloods like popsicle sticks!"

"I feel like I shouldn't have tagged along with you in this case." Kai sighed.

"In all honesty, I'd rather be at home tonight." Y/N confessed.
