Ryōshi's sat in a small meeting room with Mr.Nezu and The Old Hunters facing him. The nervous look that accompanied the mouse bear matched the rest of the room. Jogging the stack of papers in front of him, it's tapping sound didn't help clear the unease in the room.

"I'll start by reading off the report given by other students to see if the report is correct." His normally cheerful self was replaced with a soft professional voice. "Last night a women named Madam Moon attacked the A-1 dorms targeting Bakugo as he had insulted her. But really this was a way to test you all. An this test you had failed she said. Is this true?"

"Yes." Ryōshi replied

"Bakugo had said during the one sided fight that she kept calling you grandson. Is what Bakugo said true? And I'm if so why did she call you that?" Mr.Nezu asked in the same tone

"She called me grandson because I'm her biological grandson." He answered.

"Okay. Now Gerhman," Turing to face the hunters he narrowed his eyes "the report mentioned something out Snatchers. What are those?"

Gerhman looked at Mr.Nezu an responded "Snatchers are just as their name implies. They  snatch hunters and take them to Hypogean Gaol. It's a underground prison where hunters who have gone mad from the blood or hunt but haven't transformed yet get taken to. They not only function as the catchers but also as the wardens."

"Are you saying she was planning on kidnapping the students of class 1A and take them to this prison?! Simon knew this was going to happen and yet you did nothing why" Mr.Nezu's voice changed an was now one of anger as he slammed his hands on his desk.

"Did we know about this yes. In fact Simon purposely said he name to cause a reaction out of Bakugo. But we thought she would at most come with a large beast just to scare them. We're lucky that only three of the students attacked and the rest stood in fear. Because if the whole class attacked she would've humiliated them in one swift move. I'm sorry I allowed this to happen. I'm sorry to you Ryōshi as I haven't been properly training you as the bloodkin." Gerhman lowered his head as he finished his long response. His tone relayed that he was truly sorry for what happened.

Mr.Nezu rubbed the bridge of his nose as he processed the information filled apology. "Sigh." He let out in frustration "Gerhman, I would have been fine with Madam Moon coming to the campus to test the students if you would have told me about it so we could have faculty supervise it. Because now we have injured students. But either than that this meeting is dismissed."

"Hold on there is something I have to report." Ryōshi's said softly. "Madam Moon told me to have Gerhman take me to the head of the accursed and have him teach me how to wield the moon as a weapon."

The hunters froze up at the words that just came out of his mouth. "Why does she keep pushing us to take away the innocents and naive nature of your human half away." Gerhman said underneath his breath as he balled his fist on the table.

The reaction out of Gerhman brought curiosity of Ryōshi as he wanted to know what made the veteran hunter's usual reserved self behave like that. When ever Gerhman isn't reserved, it's usually because he was talking about the horrible history of Yarhnam like when he talked about it at the mall.

"Simon, Maria, Durja, Eileen. Go ahead clear away any beast that will block the path to the accursed." Gerhman said aggressively with no subtlety.

Without questioning his orders they quickly stood up front their table chairs and walked to the corner of the room. Maria stuck her hand out an made the lamp appeared. As soon as they made it appeared they disappeared in a cloud of fog with the lantern still there.

Immediately after leaving, Gerhman stood up out of his wheelchair hastily. "Boy, follow me."he commanded as he made his way to the lamp.

"Yes sir." Ryōshi's replied and followed

"Hold it!" Mr.Nezu exclaimed at them as he got out of his seat. "I'm tired of being kept in the dark Gerhman. Unlike Ryōshi I know when something is off. So tell me what is happening and why did you send the others ahead? You wouldn't have the other hunters clear a path for no reason."

Gerhman scrunched his fist and turned around to face the mouse bear. In a aggressive tone he replied "What's happening is that the others are killing any beast that might stand in our path. Getting to the accursed is not hard, but I don't want Ryōshi to see things that would scar him for life"

"I understand that, but you haven't answered the first part of the question. So I'll reword myself again. Why is this happening?"Mr.Nezu asked in return

The room became filled with silence and tension as the two talked back and forth. Looking at Ryōshi's concerned face and Mr.Nezu's serious eyes, Gerhman sighed an answered. "I don't know why. Did she tell you why Ryōshi?"

"All she said was that you guys weren't teaching me good enough and that the accursed will meet her standards." He replied.

Nezu could only look in surprise then to understanding as he looked back at all the veteran hunters actions. They truly haven't taught haven't anything to the class like he had hired them to do. If anything they've only thing they do is help out when the city or school is in danger.

In frustration Nezu wanted answers "Now that I've think about it you hunters haven't done much tell me why. An I want a good reason"

Gerhman could only look down in shame as he answered the question "You want to the reason why we don't do anything. It's because if we taught them they would become monsters. You think that would be nice but it wouldn't." Gerhman's voice got sadder in tone as he continued. "Imagine ruthless heroes with a lack of morals and saw villains as nothing more than rodent pest. Hunters don't care how the public sees them. We were trained and ordered to kill civilians who were even suspected of becoming beasts. That's why we don't want those kids to become like us. We can't train them any other way because all we were trained to do was kill." A lone tear slipped down Gerhman's cheek an onto the floor

"I see but you can't do that any more with Ryōshi because Madam Moon is forcing you to take him to someone who won't care." Nezu responded softly

Gerhman could only nod at the principle's statement. Ryōshi on the other hand wanted to know what was Gerhman exposed to that made him like this.

"Take him to meet the accursed but let me come with." The white mouse bear said as he walked over to the lamp.

The veteran hunter looked at him in disbelief "you sure?"

"Yes" was the mouse bear said.

With that the hunter stuck his hand over the lantern and whispered a single phrase to the messengers under the lantern. "The Hunters Nightmare."
