I paced back and forth wondering what to do. Should I text him? Should I forget it? Am I really stable enough to get back into this?

"Ugh" I yelled plopping down on my bed.
I then picked up phone typing in his number , *takes deep breath then proceeds to type a message* :

Me : um heyy

I instantly throw my phone and scream "arggggghh". "Well it's done now", I ran my hand through my hair.

2 HOURS LATER

"Dang he still ain't text you back?" Olivia asked throwing a chip in her mouth.

I sighed, "lemme check... girl no. I'm not worried tho. The past needs to stay in the past. And who knows he probably somewhere fucking somebody" I said looking down.

"Girl please you still love that boy and girl he probably out running the streets, Yk how they be" Liv looked at me thru the top of her glasses saying.

"Mhm.. I guess" I looked over my shoulder.

"Mh mh" Liv said, "speaking of the devil, you just got a text" she nodded her head towards my phone.

Malik : Wassup ma😘 my fault I been on the block

Me : Yea sure

Malik : ah don't be like that

Me : I'm not doing nothing

Malik : who you fooling, I know you like the back of my hand

Malik : lmao lemme make it up to you

Me : no

Malik : lol luh girl don't play, get ready I'm coming to get you

Me : where we going

Malik : you'll see 😁

I smiled locking my phone. That text brought back memories from when we were together . He would always tell me get dressed but never told me where we were going. Sometimes I'd over dress and sometimes the opposite. He'd think it was so funny but I'd be pissed, but of course, he always made it up to me.😂😌

"Mhmm somebody's blushing, what's the teaaa" Olivia smiled moving her shoulders back and forth.

"Girl bye" I blushed, "he's taking me somewhere".

"Idk actually but I do know you have to gooooo." I giggled getting up.

"Oh wow you're such a traderrrr" Liv said with her mouth open.

"I'm sorry but he said to get dressed now" I said walking towards the door.

"Whatever, I have a sneaky link to attend anyways" she said sticking her tongue out.

"Such a hoe" I laughed.

"Bye bih, love ya" she said walking out the door.

"Bye love you too" I then closed the door running up to my room.

"What to wear .. what to wear" I said shuffling through my closet.
