KYLIE ACKLES HAD WOKE UP AT FOUR IN THE MORNING, PREPARED TO leave back to charleston. as she turned off her alarm in the morning she seen she had a message from jonas, reading "free extra day today!"
she ended up changing her flight and immediately telling chris, who was hugging his sleepy little girl beside her. chris was over the moon excited that he would get to spend a few extra hours with both girls
it was ten in the morning when the three finally woke up. seeing as chris was not on call for filming today, kylie brought up the idea of taking sofia to visit chris's family
"oh sweetheart, it's so good to see you again" lisa evans gushed in pure joy as she opens her door, only to see her son, granddaughter, and kylie, who will always be her daughter-in-law in her eyes
"hi lisa, how are you?" kylie replied with a grin as she wrapped her arms around the woman who is like a second mother to her
"i'm fantastic, now that my favorite girls are here!" she said with a excited smile as she pulls away to take sofia from her son's hands
a playful scoff left chris's lips "you aren't going to say hello to your son?" he said in a offended tone
lisa waved her hand off "i see you every weekend" she said as she placed kisses on sofia's cheeks making the almost two year old giggle softly
kylie let out a small chuckle as she looks up to chris, who glares down at her "am i dreaming or is kylie ackles really here?" a voice calls out as the person walks into the living room
everyone looked up to see scott, chris's little brother. a chuckle left kylie's lips before making her way towards scott "if it isn't my favorite person in this whole world" she grinned as she hugged him
"pshh, if i was really your favorite person, you'd visit more often" he scolded her
"oooo" chris mocked. it was kylie's turn to send him a glare, which made him lift his hands up in surrender "sorry"
scott shook his head "you still have him wrapped around you little finger" he whispers to her, making sure she was the only one who heard
an hour later, kylie found herself in the kitchen as she had just finished helping lisa cook. scott and chris were across the room, sitting by the dining table. chris glanced over to see kylie texting on her phone "you still love her don't you?" his brother spoke up, causing him to glance from kylie to him
