3rd POV

"Girls get ready! Go! Go! Go!"

One of the Miss Universe staffs shouted and clapped hardly.

Today is the 69th Miss Universe Preliminary Competition.

Lahat ng mga girls ay naghahanda for their swimsuit competition.

Hosted by our very own Zozibini Tunzi and Demi-Leigh Tebow.

"Everyone we are going to start at five minutes! Good luck to the rest of you!"

The director said.

He immediately went to the studio and sit with his companion.

He wore his lavalier microphone.

"Okay, we're going to roll after five minutes, boys."

Rabiya's POV

This is it! The preliminaries!

Lahat sila nagkakagulo na, well, ako din naman!

"Where's my swimsuit?!!!"

"Can I borrow your eyeliner??"

"Can you put some oil please??"

"Gosh! It's already time!"

Nagmamadali kaming lahat, but I love challenges kaya sanay na ako sa mga ganitong bagay.

My knees are trembling, yes, I can feel the pressure and pride.

The Filipinos is just there at the crowd they are going to watch me.

Fingers crossed for this competition!

I need to be one of the outstanding candidates in this round!

Hindi ako pwede magpatalo ngayon!

My heart is now throbbing so fast!

Pakiramdam ko ay sasabog ako sa tuwa, dahil ang tagal kong inintay ito.

I always bear in mind na gagawin ko ang lahat ng makakaya!

"Hey good luck girl!"

Miss Australia said.

"Good luck also to you!" I smiled.

We are both half-Indians so we have this connection thingy when we first talked.

I already wore my sarong because it is part of the swimsuit, to nail the swimsuit with sarong.

It is long but thank God it is not heavy, kasi baka maraming madulas.

Sandali?!

Nasaan na nga ba si Amanda??

Kanina ko pa yun hinahanap ah.

I looked for her everywhere, pero wala siya.

Gosh! Saan na naman nagpupupunta yun?!

Daming ganap ha?! CHOS!

Mauuna nga pala sila according sa practice na naganap, good wala munang mangungulit!

Pero gusto ko talaga na kinukulit niya ako e, nakakamiss kayang mainis at syempre kiligin!

Tama na Rabiya!!!

Hindi na naman nag-reply saken kagabi, nakatulog na ata.

"Looking for me huh?"

Bigla akong nagulantang ng may nagsalita sa likuran ko.
