Devina Pov
I was walking I the hallway when I spotted Adam, Chase, with wait. Is that
"Marky!" I exclaimed jumping in his arms as he hugged me. "Devy." He smiled putting me down, "You said it wouldn't be the last time I saw you. I missed you so much." I said as we hugged again
"How do you two know each other?" Chase asked "Well he was my best friend before I met Leo, is the simplest way to put it."
"Yeah Devina and you two are the only people who have talked to me at this school. I hate being the new kid." "Well why did you come here exactly?" I questioned confused
"You know my dad moved I forgot to tell you I'm sorry." "Oh so when can I see Doug-" I got cut of as he placed his hand on my mouth
"I'll tell you everything later." He quickly whispered letting go, "We'll they used to be the new kids no one takes to as well." I said
"Now we're just the vaguely familiar kids no one talks to." "We'll be lucky Dev talks to you, she always got nervous around new people."
"I didn't know that." Adam said "Neither did I." Chase said kinda sad "I just never mentioned it."
"Hey peeps what's the deal-io?" Leo walked up "Hi I'm Marcus." "I know we have gym together, and study hall, and chemistry." Leo said as Marcus looked confused
"We're lab partners." "I didn't know that, Chase do you play the guitar?" "No but I always wanted to."
"Devina never taught you to play, we'd play all the time when we were little." "Exactly when we were little." I smiled at him making a why are you talking about this face.
"I'm a jammer as well, my rocking is only eclipsed by my rolling." "Leo your mom said you played the clarinet for three weeks. Until you swallowed the Reed."
"I passed it." "Barley." I said under my breath, as Marcus slightly laughed. "Hahaha that funny." Chase said randomly as I gave him a strange look
"Anyways here Chase wanna give it a go?" "Sure why not?" He said taking the guitar as he played it a little too well. For never playing it before, "Uh beginners luck." He shrugged handing it back
"Do you still play?" He placed a hand on my shoulder, "No uh not anymore I don't."
"That's to bad, could of been like old times." He smiled
