You glide down the street,
Twenty first avenue,
Blue house with a girl on the porch,
Waiting for you, eyes wide in anticipation
The sound grows louder, you turn a corner,
And I finally get a view,
Black converse on concrete,
Messy black hair, hoodie and jeans,
Wicked smile and heart like his board,
Rusty and worn but gorgeous all the same,
Oh skaterboy how I know you,
Oh skaterboy the things that you do,
How you get me going is crazy to say the least,
Yeah I love every moment
Love my boy and his board
