"Come on Lani" u told her unstrapping her car seat
The judge wanted me to bring her but she had the stay in the back with my mother till she was ready for her
"Go with nana baby imma see you later" I kissed her cheek as we walked in the court
After waiting for 20 minutes the judge called me and Sherhonda up

"Ms. Gaulden it says here your your fighting for full custody of Kelani Gaulden! What is your reasoning" she asked
"Judge Jania has been keeping my grand daughter away not only from me but her father as well!" She started
"I would like to object" I said
"Hold on let her finish Ms. Jackson" The judge told me
"We think it's unfair that she can spend time with her and her family but can't spend time with her fathers family" she added
"I would like full custody because we didn't know about Kelani for two years and now that we do know we still can't see her Jania has spent enough time with her it's our turn" she finished
"Ms. Jackson your piece" the judge looked at me
"Excuse my language but she's full of shit" I started
"Not once as she asked for my daughter because she if she did I would let her go. Yes my daughter is not allowed to see her father at all" I added
"In her fathers care she was abused by his girlfriend and he neglected her calls and cry's for help" I continued
"Her father doesn't care about nothing other than getting his dick wet! I do not trust my child with her father and all I care about is her happiness and safety" I finished
"Do you have proof of this abuse" She asked
"Yes your honor if you open up file 3 page 14 you'll see pictures of the bruises and medical bills and I also have a video her father sent to my client of the incident" my lawyer spoke
"Let me see the video" she nodded and one of the guards came to get it
"Ms. Gaulden were you aware of this situation" she asked
"I was your honor but I feel my son shouldn't be punished because of someone else's actions" she told her
"Your son as in Kelani's Father let his girlfriend literally abuse his daughter Infront of him and all he did was laugh" she informed her
"Your honor she killed his unborn baby" she spat
"Let's be honest sherhonda I beat that bitch ass cause she kept dying slick shit bout my daughter kept saying shit like she should of kicked her in the head I had no idea of her being pregnant was my reaction wrong absolutely but that's my daughter and ion play bout her" I stared into Honda soul saying
"Go get Kelani from the back" she told one of the guards
A few minutes later he came back with her in his arms
"Mr. Gaulden please come up here" she told Kentrell
He stood up walking towards Lani
"Mommy No" she started crying
"What's wrong" the judge asked her
"Him gone let her hurt me again" she cried tears rushing down her face
"He mean him no love me" she cried trying to get to me
"Twin don't act like that" yb tried to grab her making her scream in fear
"No stop I no wanna hurt again" she cried
I loved from behind my spot going to grab my daughter
"Shhh mama it's ok" I slightly rubbed her back wiping her tears away
"Ok well I don't know why your son involved you but I think Ms. Jackson and Mr. Gaulden are both immature and childish" she started
"Y'all don't know the first step that comes with coparenting" she continued
"As for full custody I'm granting that to Ms. Jackson but supervised visit will happen with Mr and Ms. Gaulden every Tuesday and Friday" she explained
"Mr. Gaulden do better that is your first born daughter and you treated her like shit you lucky Ik allowing you to still be in her life oh and pay Jania back all the money she spent on medical bills" she added
