-- Liam’s POV --

“I texted Eleanor saying we’re coming” Louis announced. I was driving while Niall and Louis sat in the back. “Same here” I said referring to Danielle. We pulled up the driveway of Danielle’s house which was beside Eleanor’s. We saw Dani and El coming towards the car. “Hey Li-li!” Dani exclaimed as she got into the passenger seat and gave me a quick peck. “Hello to you too” I said giving her a hug. “What’s up guys?” Dani said. “Nothing much just that my step sister Scarlett came yesterday…” I said awkwardly. Why didn’t you tell me?!? I look HORRIBLE!!” Dani said emphasizing the word horrible. “No you don’t love you never look horrible!” I said trying to reassure her. “Where’s Zarry?” El asked. “There at home with Scarlett” Louis said and both girls gave each other a “WTF?” look. “Um… you really think it’s safe to leave her with those two…?” Danielle advised and we all burst into fits of laughter. “Hey my Hazza isn’t that bad!” Lou mumbled pouting. The rest of the drive was filled with fun; it was never a dull time with the girls.

We reached home Danielle and Eleanor got out first and head straight to the door. Apparently the door was left open so we all walked inside and found Zayn and Harry sitting on the couch. “Where’s Scarlett?” I asked them. They both shrugged and Zayn said “Jake came over to pick her up because he wanted to show her his new house which is the one right beside us”. “And you let her go all alone?! It’s freakin’ 12:30 she can’t be out with a boy at this time!” I shouted. “Calm down mate he’s her boyfriend and he seemed like a great guy…” Louis noted. “Actua-“ Harry was cut off by Scarlett entering through the door. “Hey guys!” She exclaimed. “How come you went to Jake’s house at midnight?” I asked her as she rolled her eyes. “Don’t worry dad” She said. “Are Danielle and Elea- Oh hi…” She added as she went inside the sitting room. “Hi you must be Scarlett” Danielle said as she hugged Scarlett. “I’m Danielle but you can call me Dani and this is Eleanor”. “You can call me El” Eleanor said as she gave Scarlett a hug. “I’ll be right back” Scarlett said as she ran up the stairs.

~~ Jake’s House ~~

“Why the hell did you bring me here?” I asked Jake completely annoyed.

“Talk to me with respect B*tch!” Jake shouted grabbing me by the throat and pinning me against the wall.

“J-Jake please l-let go, it hu-hurts!” I exclaimed trying to breath. Jake let go of me and I fell to the ground with a loud thump.

Jake bent down and lifted my face “Now don’t dare tell anyone about this or else…”.

“Or else what you asshole are you go- “ I was cut off by a very hard slap.

“You listen to me carefully if anyone finds out about this you’re dead!” he warned and then punched me in the gut.

“I-I won’t just please let me g-go” I pleaded as he kept kicking me in the gut.

“Now leave you slut and remember” he said backing away. I got up and left and saw Liam’s car in our driveway. I wiped away my tears and put on a fake smile as I opened the door.

~~ Present Time ~~

I was in my bathroom so I grabbed my razor and made a new cut. I promised the guys I wouldn’t but I couldn’t stop myself. I grabbed a towel to wipe away the blood along with the blood from Jake punching my gut which I managed to hide with my sweater. I changed into different pajamas because I had to hide all the bruises Jake gave me. I head downstairs and joined everyone in the sitting room.
