Victor is busy with all of his surgeries and works at the hospital, sometime he will skip his lunch and dinner because he has an emergency case that really needs him to handle the surgery
"Dr, the surgery will start after lunch" The nurse reminds Victor who is drinking his hot chocolate
"Noted, thanks Yuna" Victor smile and get ready for the surgery. Victor always makes sure that he is ready before the surgery starts
Victor enjoys his work, even he admits sometimes he easily got tired and stress but, every time he finished his works, he feels relieved and happy. Looking at the family and relatives thanked him because save the patient live success make all his tiredness gone in the blink of his eyes
"Thank you, Dr, for saving our son lives" The mother is kneeling in front of Victor right now
"I just do my work, he saves because he is strong. You should thank him because he is strong enough to pass the surgery" Victor smile in front of the mother. He is kneeling too right now
"Love, how about our son" A man with a long white coat is helping his wife
"He saves," The wife said
Victor's smile faded when he looked at the man in front of him. His eyes got teary and he even clenched his teeth
"You" The man is pointing at him
Victor almost punch the man but the assistant surgery success grabbed his body
"YOU!!!! I REGRET SAVED YOUR SON LIFE!!" Victor's voice filled the quiet and empty corridor
The wife is shocked when he sees the doctor who just saved her son lives saying that he is regret saving her son live
"WHY DON'T YOU HELP MY FRIEND FIRST THAT TIME!!!"

"WHY YOU DON'T WANT TO SAVE HER LIFE..." Victor is crying in front of them right now. He is sobbing in front of his patient parents
The man freezes at his place, he never imagined that he will meet Victor again. A sixteen years old boy is carrying his dying friend to the hospital
A boy that seeks his help but he chooses to ignore because his shift already done and all the doctors are busy at that time
"Thanks, because make me become a successful doctor, even my shift is done I still want to proceed your son surgery and save his life" Victor is talking while glaring at the man in front of him, he lazily patted his shoulder and leave the corridor
"WAIT!!" The man stopped V who is leaving the operation area. Victor just stop walking and let his back facing the man
"WHERE IS SHE?!" The man can hear Victor chuckle slightly before his chuckle turns to laugh. A scary laugh
"She's dead..." Victor turn his body and look at the man who just 20 steps far from him
"She's dead because she lost a lot of blood. The doctor said if someone saves her early then she will still alive because she just got minor injuries that time but everyone is busy and that time a doctor just finished his shift refuse to help her" Victor explained and leave the corridor
The man falls on his knees. He never expects that the girl is dead because of him and the doctor who just saved his son's life is the boy who seeks his help at that time.
"It's that true?" His wife asked him with teary eyes
"It's that true that you ignore him because you just finished your shift?" His wife asked again and he just nodded
"Oh my god..." His wife is crying silently because he never thought that his husband will do that

"Hey Julia" Victor is holding a bouquet of white roses right now
"It has been a while since I visit you, here right?" Victor chuckle and look at the Julia picture, there are still a few pictures of him and Julia that he purposely put there
"You know what, I meet the doctor who ignores us that time" Victor smile and looks at Julia picture in mortuary
"I saved his son life, stupid am I" Victor chuckle in front of the picture
"No... No... I already do the right thing and you must be proud of me right" Victor is flashing his biggest smile in front of the mortuary
Victor put the flower and bid his goodbye
Victor is crying in the car. He doesn't even realize that he is sleeping while crying
"Victor!" A cold hand touches his face. Victor slowly open his eyes and look at the people in front of him
"Julia!" Victor hugs Julia while the girl is smiling in his hug
"Thank you, Victor," Julia smiles brightly in front of Victor
"I miss you" Victor sobbing on her shoulder. Julia comes again in his dream after a long time
"I miss you too, Mr. Doctor" Julia gives her teasing smile to him and Victor just chuckled slightly
"Julia, I love you," Victor said while looking at Julia's face
The girl blushed and smile
"I love you too" Julia smile and both of them laugh before Victor wakes up from his sleep.
