Heyo! The video above is good background noise to help visualize the chapter better. Hope you enjoy!

Jiro~

"It's only been five minutes and Kaminari is already getting grinded on," Sero commented dryly, tilting his drink towards the blonde dancing.

"From what I heard they came together, she asked him yesterday." Mina added

"More than what the rest of us can say, or we wouldn't be standing here as a group," Jiro commented, amused, while gently steering the conversation away from 'lets complain about Denki's hoe-ish tendencies' time. "Shut it Ears, if I wanted a date I could've got one, easy. I'm just above you extras." Bakugou growled.

"Aww c'mon Bakugou, don't say that. I honestly prefer going in groups, less pressure." Kirishima pipped in.

"I think Bakugou is just having a hard time convincing himself that no one wanted to dance with him and risk getting their face blown apart, so he's single just like us extras. Give him some space, sinking to our level must hurt his pride" Sero added mischievously, pouting his lower lip in false sympathy towards the blonde.

"What did you say! You don't have to be my date to give me an excuse to blow your flat ass face in Soy Sauce!" As Jiro expected, Bakugou fell right into Sero's trap and ran after him while the dark haired boy chuckled and ran away. Kiri called after the pair and soon disappeared with them. "Idiots," Jiro sighed affectionately, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"Sadly, idiots I have to constantly watch so they don't end up killing anyone," Mina sighed, sitting up from the table she was leaning on, her dress glittering in the dim light. "Wanna come help?"

"I'll pass, I came here to dance, not babysit a bunch of 5 year old's," Jiro declined.

"You say that you're not gonna go be a wallflower as soon as I leave," Mina teased, bopping her nose. "Well, I'm off. Have fun!" The pink girl quickly disappeared among the crowd. Jiro smiled as her friends raced off, their shenanigans reminding her of how grateful she was to have them. And, just as Mina predicted, Jiro went to the punch bowl, where she planned to get a drink before leaning against the wall and hoping no one would talk to her.

She swirled the cherry red liquid in her cup, watching as the juice stained the paper material. She looked up as Denki's bright laugh caught her attention. Sero was with him and his date, probably hiding from Bakugou. Denki wasn't facing her way which gave her room to watch the group without being caught. His hair was as messy as always despite their homecoming dance being a formal event. However she could tell he applied makeup, his skin glowy and liner highlighting his bright eyes. He had lightly glossed his lips, the shine making them look soft and plush...

Fuck. She looked away, feeling a slight blush creep up her cheeks as she tried to get the image of the boy out of her head. 'It's not like he'll ever like you anyways, he's got a date. Another one every other week in fact. Even if you did pass his mind it would be temporary, no ones been able to catch Denki and convince him to stay...Besides, his date has the body of a model and hair for days, you're nothing in comparison....' Jiro felt her spirit dim as she sank into the almost comforting words of her inner voice. She was sure without it she would have done something stupid by now that would have certainly ruined her friendship with the blonde haired boy.

"Yeah I hate parties too. You look especially glum though, everything okay?" Jiro looked up to see a very tired looking boy, his purple hair and moody expression familiar. "You're that boy from the Sports Festival, right? Shinito?" She asked, slightly grateful for a distraction from her thoughts.
