Sword Art Online, The Locked Soul

Chappy 1 ^~^

Well, Chappy 1 is finally out!! >.< Hope it is ok...anyway, do comment so I can improve!! ^~^

Akira's POV

Sigh...I gazed out of the window of the school bus, staring at the passing greenery, yet at the same time not really noticing them at all. I thought about the latest game that came out, called Sword Art Online. I was one of the fortunate ones who were selected to be beta testers, and I took full advantage of that. I didn't attend school throughout the entire time. I had managed to get up to a level that was too high to state, and none of the other beta testers even came close to my level, skill, ability and combat.

I was also an expert hacker, and I planned to hack into the game and switch the game so that my level did not revert back to 1 and my equipment, stats and all remained. Of course, that made me the strongest character in the game. I was invincible! No one could defeat me!

(A/N Suddenly a car swerved to avoid a cat and crashed into the bus I was in, killing everyone including me immediately.

JUST KIDDING!! >.< I wouldn't kill of my main character just like that. Unlike SOME PEOPLE. *stares pointedly* Anyway back to my story.)

When the bus arrived at my stop, I waved goodbye to my best friend Asuna (A/N Ah, you know where this is going to go don't you. *grins* LOVE TRIANGLE!! Awww...^~^) and got off the bus.

As soon as I walked into my house,

"ONEEEEEEE-CHANNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!" my baby sister Ami yelled at the top of her lungs, pouncing on me as she did so. Well, as hyper as usual I can see. My older brother Arata walked towards me. I nodded at him in greeting. "Onii-chan." He grinned at me suddenly.

"Guess what?" he half-yelled.

"You finally gave up on trying to beat me in SAO? Which is hopeless, by the way."

He shook his head quickly, his bubble not at all burst.

"We don't have to help with dinner today!!!!!" he cried happily and dashed upstairs. "See you in 10!" he called.

Now I bet you all are wondering, what's so good about not helping with dinner? Well, that's cause not helping with dinner means an extra 2 hours playing SAO!!! Kyaaaaaa!! I did a quick happy dance before running after Arata to my beloved NerveGear.

"Onee-channnn!!!" Ami whined.

Whoops. Got so caught up in the moment I forgot all about her. Sorry sis! *cue cheeky grin*

Well...

I ignored Ami and ran to my room, slamming the door shut excitedly. AHAHA I'm so mean!! XD

I quickly connected the NerveGear to my laptop and started typing.

A while later, I sat back and smiled. Well, that was easy. I thought their security was good! Yet I hacked it in under 5 minutes. Well, what can I say? I'm a gaming genius ^^

After hacking, I placed the NerveGear onto my head and shut my eyes.
