Rosetta had sort-of a bad feeling. Just something wasn't gonna go right. Just a gut feeling, but, gut feelings don't do anything. Mallarn seemed to have the same uncertainty but she could tell he wasn't letting it get to him. She could still not believe that he got a reservation at Azurmendi, but more the fact that he threatened the owner to get the restoration. She was proud, but it was one of those things, should she be proud about it? She didn't really know exactly. They were in the back of a taxi, with the taxi driver blasting some Indian music in the front. The taxi took a sharp turn to avoid a parked car, and the driver swore in Indian. The sudden moment threw Rosetta on Mallarn. Her leg was on his and her hands on his chest. They glanced at each other as she pulled away, blushing. He smirked and glanced her over then returned to looking out the window.

The taxi stopped in front of Azurmendi. Rosetta got out of the car as Mallarn payed the cabbie. Rosetta could come off, let's say, threatening to cabbies? Considering her last encounter with one. Azurmendi was a modern two-story building with windows making up the walls. It over looked a cliff, with breathtaking views of the city. Mallarn got out of the cab and walked up to her side, placing a light hand on the small of her back. "After you, mi amor." He looked down at her. Rosetta pursed her lips.

"Such a gentleman." She said, almost grumbling. Mallarn smirked, walking with her to the doors.

"Eh, I know you love it. Plus, somebody gotta treat you the way you ought to be." A tone of sympathy thick in his voice. She didn't like being pitied, but, she'd make an exception for him. Why or how he did this to her, she had no idea. She was still thinking about if she even liked it or not. She still didn't know so much about him, and he didn't know so much about her.

"Maybe." She muttered. Mallarn lengthened his stride and held the door open for her.

"Ladies first." Mallarn smiled, with a cocky gesture. She rolled her eyes and stopped right in front of him.

"You just wanna stare at my ass." She arched an eyebrow at him. His cocky grin widened.

"Your acting like that's new to you." He looked down at her. She narrowed her eyes at him, and sighed.

"At least your honest about it." She gave up and walked into the restaurant. Mallarn made sure he kept his eyes up until he went back to her side. They walked into the entry room. The walls where covered in abstract art and plants. A man in a tuxedo held two menus before them.

"Bienvenido a Azurmendi. ¿Tiene una reserva?" He asked, he had a thick Spanish accent.

Welcome to Azurmendi. Do you have a reservation?

"Sí, de hecho lo hacemos. Mira debajo de Sánchez." Mallarn said, pulling her a little closer that he noticed the man in the tux checking Rosetta out.

Yes, we actually do. Look under Sánchez.

He used her last name for the reservation, probably because one, he did threaten the owner after all, and two, his name was in the mob. He man looked through a notepad and stuffed it back in his coat. "Justo por aquí."

Right around here.

The man lead them to the main room, with a lot of plants and paintings where ever it seemed they could fit them in. Behind a solid, not-glass wall two white couches and a clear coffee table in between them sat with a large painting above it. The man placed the menus on the table then left. Rosetta rolled her eyes and sat down, crossing her legs. Mallarn sat across from her and stretched, leaning back.

"I feel like I'm in a jungle." He looked around and smiled. "Ever been to a Rainforest Café?" He looked at her. Their was something boyish about him, right now at least.
