【 ϟ 】 Ginny January 1st 1998 The dull yellow light of London's street lamp shone on Amoras raven hair as she leaned on the brick fence.
They'd landed only a few minutes before hand, Ginny brought them to the only atm in London that converted wizard to muggle money, that she knew of at least.
Ginny sighed.
"I only have a couple sickles on me."
Amora rolled her eyes, smirking as she pulled out a large handful of glowing gold gallions.
"Is that your bloody life savings?"
Amora raised an eyebrow as she inserted her coins in the slot.
"It's my pocket money."
Ginny laughed in disbelief.
"I can't believe I fell in love with a snob."
Amora kissed her as the machine processed her money.
"I'm rich, not a snob."
Ginny shoved her hand off her cheek.
"You're such a snob!"
"Shut up!"
Ginny shook her head and collected the money. Exactly five grand in one hundred dollar bills spilled in her hand.
"Do you reckon this'll be enough?"
Amora shrugged, taking the money in her hand. After a moment she sighed, giving the money back to Ginny and rubbing her eyes.
The thought of Amoras mother hurting her burned into her mind like a tattoo.
Why would anybody want to hurt her?
It hurt Ginny in a way she couldn't quite understand, she felt her heart tear as a small tear slipped from Amoras eye.
Maybe that just happened to be the burden of loving someone.
Amoras hands shook almost violently as Ginny wrapped her arms around her.
