DONT. SKIP. THE. PROLOGUE.
Hello! You must be knowing me if you have read my other fanfic! Even if you haven't, it's fine! But hehe do check it out!
*Clears throat*
Yeah, my writing is not THAT good, but some of you'll enjoy it so I thought I'll continue! ( but I seriously question your taste lmao! )
Haha, this plot constructed itself in my mind at midnight just when I was about to sleep. It's actually not that bad in my head, but I hope the product through my writing is equally good!
My other fanfic kinda falls into the mystery genre... So I wanted to try something new!
This is a sad story okay, so prepare yourselves!
Lmao I'm betting this won't go as I planned, but whew~ Let's be optimistic!
Just a few things you'll need to know before you continue;
1. First off, this does not represent or resemble any idol in any way. It's just a work of fiction, bunnies, so yes! They are indeed different irl~
2. This plot is entirely thought of by me, and if there are any similarities with the names, story, character, plot it's purely coincidental!
3. Hateful comments aren't appreciated, but constructive criticism and grammatical errors may be pointed out! It'll help me improve so much, and assist in providing better material for all my amazing readers in the future!
4. Please do vote and leave your thoughts! I reply to them and love reading every single one of them! It will also encourage me and motivate me! :)
5. I'm not an expert, so expect some mistakes, and don't hesitate to point them out to me IN THE CORRECT WAY!
6. I don't think this might go off well, but hehe I'll give it a chance!
7. Please stick with me! I don't bite, and I love making friends! ;)
BTW I don't own any of them, but if I had the opportunity to, then- Boiii~~~ I'll take the first chance!
Hey, that's a big IF tho ;)

Prologue
The silent street was suddenly filled with the echo of a loud gunshot, the sound reverberating and causing fear to bloom in the chests of the oblivious people living around. Lights were switched on and curtains were pried open, to find the location of the deadly sound.
Panicked parents hugged their children who were white with fear, as they started calling 911.
The streetlights flickered, casting their long, moving shadows on the empty road. The eeriness of it all, scared the people, who normally didn't expect anything untoward to happen in this area, that was safe till now.
What could be the cause of it?
Was it an attack? Or something else?
The sound of loud sirens filling the street indicated the neighbours most awaited arrival; the police.
Suddenly, the street was filled with the sound of rushing footsteps and functioning walkie-talkies. Some of the policemen were questioning the people about the proximity of the sound.
All hands pointed to one house. The house that was standing at the far end of the street. The curtains were open by centimetres and through it, the dim lightings of the interior could be spotted.
Armed and alert, they slowly made their way to the house and tried to break open the door.
Surprisingly, it opened easily. The door was unlocked.
The officers didn't muse at this, because it was quite ordinary. Sometimes the criminals left the doors open. Or the victim keeps it unlocked.
Slowly they made their way inside the house.
Officer's P.O.V
"Alert!" I warned, slowly making my way into the house. The dim lightings made me squint but I tried my best to concentrate on the scene in front of me. Torchlights were switched on, and we all held our breath.
A body was sprawled on the floor, his hand clutching a gun. He had shot himself in the head, and a pool of crimson red blood was surrounding him.
We covered our noses to avoid the coppery smell of the red substance, illuminated weirdly with the lights of the torches.
"Officer Roberts, do the test," I commanded.
"Yes Sir," he replied, kneeling beside the body and placing his fingers below the victim's nose.
"Dead." He said, grimly.
After minutes of thorough investigations, we concluded that it was a suicide.
"Sir, I found this in his other hand. He was clutching it and I think he died while holding it." A constable said, offering a book that was sealed in a plastic bag.
"Give it to me," I said, taking it in my hands. As the senior constable, my duty was to go through all the files or pieces of evidence that were left behind.
I sighed, knowing that my night will be a long one. It was my job to go through this book, to perhaps find some evidence that either countered or supported our conclusion.
The nurses came with the stretcher. Placing it down, they lifted the corpse with utmost care and dropped him on it. The white sheets were getting soaked in blood as they quickly carried him to the ambulance.
I stepped out of the house and spotted several officers assuring the neighbours that it was not an attack.
I went over to my vehicle and sat down, placing the bag on the seat opposite me. Starting the engine, I made my way to the police station to call off duty, after which I went home.
After freshening up, I sat down on my armchair with my cup filled with ginger tea.
Opening the bag, I took the book and started reading.
Hey readers! From this chapter onwards, the contents of what was in the book will be spilt out, with an occasional remark from the officer.
I really hope you all like this...
Thank you and stick with mee~
Vote if you liked it, and do leave your thoughts on it!
