Stoick laid the body of his unconscious son onto the boat as Gobber and the other teens huddled around his bed. "Setting sail for Berk!" A Viking called out. Stoick could only nod.

The teens were silent as Astrid stood and went to the deck. "Need some fresh air..." She murmured. Dragons flew high overhead as they were freed from the Red Death's horrible grasp. Toothless was sitting on the deck, staring at the massive fallen body of the queen dragon on the island as it slowly grew smaller.

"What is it, boy?" She asked. He only snarled.

Astrid looked into the distance, and just before the fog shielded the island from her view, she saw bony, skeletal figures emerging from the depth of the cave.

Terrified, she ran to Fishlegs, the expert. After hearing her explanation, he nodded thoughtfully.

"I can only think of one kind of dragon that fits this category." He replied in a grim tone. "From the Mystery class, a sight to behold... A Boneknapper."

-------------------------

Hiccup set the saddle on Toothless's back. The other teens did the same.

"Alright!" He called out. "We'll be back soon, dad!"

"Don't worry!" Stoick called back. "Go!"

The teens flew across the ocean and in a few hours, reached the very island that they wanted to see. As they drew closer, they saw nothing that Astrid described.

"Everyone, hide!" Hiccup ordered. Their dragons flew low above the ocean's surface, and the young riders hopped off and landed in the sea, swimming silently towards the land. From that distance, they could hear small whimpers and wails of dragons. But there's nothing there...

"Why would they be mourning for that beast?" Astrid hissed. At least a dozen Boneknappers huddled around the fallen body of the Red Death. Not to mention a few baby dragons, too.

"Should be bring them back?" Snotlout asked a little too loudly.

The dragon's heads whipped towards them as their bones rattled. A particularly large one leaped into the air and spread it's wings, soaring. The others began to do the same.

"If you want to catch them, CATCH THEM NOW!" Tuffnut screamed before the twins grabbed a large net (Where did they get the net?) and climbed onto land, running towards them. "YAAAAAAH!"

"Wait, no! You'll scare them and they'll think you're a threat!" Hiccup tried to warn, but the others didn't listen. Only Astrid and Fishlegs stayed by his side. They watched as the boneknappers flew away, scorching Snotlout in the butt.

"Yeow!" He yelped.

A female Boneknapper leaped into the air, and beside her a litter of baby dragon cubs. There was a figure in her claws.

"We've gotter!" Ruffnut quickly said as the net hung onto the great dragon's claw. The Boneknapper had no choice but to let the small, boned covered creature fall to the ground. It crashed from impact, but made no movement whatsoever.

"A... Human?" Fishlegs asked.

At first glance the figure could be mistaken for a baby Boneknapper, with the skeletal folded wings on it... No, his back. His limbs were packed with bones, and three claws stuck out from the tip of his feet. His hands were covered in white dragon scaled gloves. His long blonde hair that swept over his shoulders stuck out from beneath his dragon skull, which had horns and hollow eye sockets. His face was hidden beneath the mask. A tail stuck out from his behind, and it was clear that he wore some green fabric underneath the skeletal appearance.

His limp form suddenly tensed, before he leaped away from the group, his eyes hiden beneath the empty sockets of his skull.

He growled heavily as he took a feline-like stance, his hands pawing the ground in front of him while his back arched, his legs bending to leap away at a moment's notice. Another smaller dragon crawled and perched on his shoulder. The small dragon hissed.

"What do you Vikings want?" A feminine voice called out, her voice strangely scratchy. It came from the direction of the boy, but they didn't see his mouth move. Then again, they can't see anything on his face.

"Why are you dressed like that?" Astrid asked.

The small dragon bended and whispered a few things into the boy's ear, then he replied the dragon. What? Hiccup thought.

"It is the way of how we dress. Do not question it." This time Hiccup could see that it wasn't the boy who was talking, it was the dragon. "Gods, I haven't spoken Norse in years."

The boy snorted and did a few grumbles that sounded a lot like toothless. Ruffnut and Tuffnut just smirked.

"Cool." Ruffnut said, and the twins banged their helmets together. Hard.

The anonymous dragon boy looked at the twins in confusion, having relaxed his stance out of the odd sight. Two humans... hurting each other for... fun?

"Oh, I haven't introduced myself, have I?" The dragon said. "I am Koba, and this lovely girl here is Reicio. Reicio the Agile."

"Reicio? Isn't that Rebellious in Latin or something? And... He's a girl?" Snotlout asked.

The dragon shrugged. "Sometimes it confuses other dragons, too."

"Wait, how can you even speak Norse?" Hiccup asked, finally getting a chance to speak. "You're a dragon! It said nothing about these in the books."

"Well, just like the Book of Dragons, we have the message of language." The dragon explained. "Languages that flutter here and there, and sometimes other creatures can decipher them, too."

The girl grunted. "Ah, yes. Reicio here can't speak Norse, but she can speank Dragonese, and things like that." Koba explained. "So, I am a very rare dragon who goes by the name 'Little Swallow', and is a well known translator amongst dragons."

Hiccup stretched out a hand. "Come back to Berk with us."
