HEIDI, best known as the main dancer of the girl group EQUINOX, has been facing internet scrutiny over rumors that she is homosexual. Fans on social media claim that they have put together enough clues to indirectly confirm this rumor.
One particular user on Twitter posted a thread on reasons why HEIDI most likely identifies as a lesbian. "She listens to girl in red, King Princess and Clairo, and recommends their music to STARLIGHT? Queer culture." the post reads. Examples of how HEIDI has responded to fan questions previously have also been stated.
Another Twitter user recalls one time that HEIDI replied to a comment on an Instagram post using the group's account. The comment reads, "Women are absolutely beautiful and EQUINOX in particular are absolute works of art." "girls are pretty. their lips are kissable. - heidi" was the reply that the fan got from the idol.
With these "pieces of evidence", fans are convinced that HEIDI is part of the LGBTQ+ community, and fan edits of the idol carrying pride flags have been popping up on social media platforms. Due to the nature of the claims, there are starting to be people who actually believe the rumors, and a number homophobic comments have been made under the idol's social media posts and on her VLive, which she has not addressed.
MIDNIGHT ENTERTAINMENT has yet to give a statement on the rumors.

HEIDI from the girl group EQUINOX has been noteworthy for the recent rumors about her being homosexual. Her company, MIDNIGHT ENTERTAINMENT has released a statement denying these rumors.

Most fans are not convinced by the denial, but the hashtags #LoveForHeidi and #HeidiAppreciation have been trending on all large social media platforms to show support towards the idol. HEIDI herself has not made any comments on the claims, but has liked appreciative comments on social media.
