"WHAT!!" All the gems apart from peridot there shouted in absolute shock.
Peridot stood there completely suprised staring at amethyst, she... can fuse?! Is this a way for her to get even closer to amethyst?! "Im not even sure amethyst would want to fuse with ME... Why would she?" Peridot thought but then her thoughts got interrupted by words loudly spoken by the purple gem before her:
"Bro!! Did you hear that?! WE can fuse!"
Amethyst stood there shaking peridot as the green one stood not knowing how she felt: happy that she can fuse with amethyst and possibly even become closer to her, worried and scared.. what if she got all of the fusing thing wrong!? She was completely overwhelmed. Amethyst gave her an extremely tight hug which made her even MORE overwhelmed. Peridot blushed ALOT and she laughed awkwardly and hugged her back.
