Emptiness is the only thing you could feel as you looked at yourself in the mirror of that dirty gas station's bathroom. Blood and cuts all over your body, but strangely, the pain was almost none existent. As you wash your hands, you could start to feel the hunger starting to rise in your tired body. You always hated mirrors. They could only show the weaknesses in you. The insecurities. The regrets.

Stumbling over your own feet, you get out of this small room. The outside was dark, the moon was hanging high, not much light out of it though, but enough to guide you. This part of town was surprisingly quiet, with a few cars driving but not much activity.

Opening the main building door and hearing a bell indicating that a client entered, you can feel your pockets being very light, the sign that money is missing. Walking confidently, going in each row, and looking for something to eat. Your eyes locked onto the sushi. your mouth started to water as you grabbed a few packs before starting to walk up to the employee, every step that led you closer to the register made your heartbeat go quicker and quicker until you finally made it to the counter. Placing the dish in front of the young man, you reach into your pockets pretending to have something to pay, you quickly grab onto the food before starting to run.

You never thought that stealing would be something you would have to do, but right now it was the only option you had in order for you to survive.

A scream could be heard from the employee's direction as you began to run. The stress was so overwhelming it felt as if your head was going to explode. quickly your hand grabs a hold of the handle before realizing that the door wouldn't open. your eyes go wide as you hear the employee say " Did you really think you could run away that easily?" You stood there in shock lost in all the panic within you. " The police are already on their way you little brat." He says before starting to head your way.

The black of your eyes went wide showing off the fear.

" I'm really sorry sir. " You say with a calm but shaken voice before holding your hand facing the man " But I think you need to go to sleep".

~~~~~
"The wind feels nice", you thought to yourself as you started walking towards the big building you were told to go to. Only 5 more minutes were left for you to arrive at your destination, however, you didn't have many expectations. If you could be honest with yourself, it looked like a waste of time. You never went to school before so why would it need to be different now? Besides, schools are filled with people with some sort of stupid complex, thinking they actually change the world, so stupid.
You were lost in your thoughts, therefore you didn't even realize that you made it to the location. So many new faces, so many people, so much pride in all of them.
you closed your eyes prior to taking a deep breath before going towards the entrance. "Where is that I need to go to?" looking around you with a lost expression on your face. " It was something that started with 1. Fuck it I'm just going to assume where it is"
"What!!" You say with a jolt in your voice while you look at the board showing you your assigned class and floor. " Do I really need to go to the 9th floor!"
-----
"Thank god, there are no more steps left to walk." You think to yourself before entering the hallway of your floor. "This is already too much cardio for me," you say still taking quick small breaths.
In the corner of your eyes, you could see the door you worked so hard climbing the stairs for on your right. Walking closer, you realize that the door is almost 5 meters high. "Are people really built like slender men here?"
Who's that?
A timid-looking green-haired kid was glaring at the door, he looked... intimidated. But he also looked really sweet, even if you couldn't get a clear look at his face you still had the impression you guys would get along pretty well.
"Hey there!" The boy jumped by surprise not even realizing that you were there, to begin with. "Is this also your classroom?" you said with a joyful and soft voice.
"um, yeah, well at least I think so."
"Well if we are going to be in the same class, my name is Y/N, sorry if I scared you btw."
"Oh it's okay I was just lost in my own head, happens a lot actually. I'm Izuku, Izuku Midoriya"
"It's nice meeting you Izuku" you declare while raising your hand to shake his.
After calming down a bit, he decides that you both should enter the room, you can't just stand there for eternity after all.
As soon as the door opened a wave of sound can be heard from the room which, if you were honest, sounded more like a zoo, it has to be the messiest thing you encountered in your life. Are people that loud in general? Or is it because you never really met anyone in your life, but it still doesn't change that you would have to get used to it.
You sigh before walking towards the empty desk. looking around you can see a spot that you think would fit you perfectly.
"Do you mind if I sit next to you someone says on your right?" You look around to see Izuku standing there while talking to you in a low voice.
As he is speaking to you, you see his eyes drift off a few times towards the left side of your desk.
"What's wrong?" you ask before looking towards the same direction that he was. There you see this kid looking directly at you and you're soon to befriend with a death glare in his eyes.
"Got a problem?" you asked as his attention starting to shift to you.
"Huh!?"
"I don't recall us being some sort of exposition, so why are you glaring at us?"
"The hell did you just say to me!?"
And he's deaf  you think to yourself before turning the other way around. "Anyways, you can totally sit beside me". saying while you pat the chair he wanted to sit on.
"Oi!"
"Huh?"
"Who the hell do you think you are?!" standing right next to you leaning forward where only a few inches were apart from both of your faces.
Not even flinching in the slightest and with a cold dead stare, you reply with an annoyed expression on your face. "I'm a lot of things. But can you back off a bit, those red eyes of yours makes you look like a vampire from Twilight?"
The blond boy stood there wide-eyed not used to being talked back to, especially not someone he'd never seen before.
Shock was all that could be seen on Izuku's face as you turned around to face him.
"What's wrong?" You asked with a concerned expression.
He then gets closer to you and starts to whisper slowly.
"It's just that I've never seen someone talk back to Kacchan like that."
Kacchan- that's a pretty weird name "I'm sure he doesn't bite, no need to be scared."
He then quickly takes a little peak towards the classmates that you now just silenced before looking back at you with a little smile.
You 2 were so lost in what just happened that none of you realized the man that just walked into class. He looked kinda dirty, when was the last time he brushed his hair?
As everyone students in the class were seated at a desk, a tired but firm voice came from that standing worm-looking guy.
"Hi, I'm Shota Aizawa", zipping down his sleeping bag he goes on with, "your teacher."
"OUR TEACHER!?" almost everyone yelled as they realized the man standing in front of them wasn't even close to joking.
That should be interesting, maybe school isn't as bad after all.
