Hearing it in my head might've been odd,
but under my garden's bougainvillea
I had a thought;
The world,
the nature isn't avenging itself,
it cripples with us,
within us.
Nurturing & nourishing,
the wind has always flown;
You don't suppose now
it'll be the one that chokes
with us?
Within us?
Enriching you with life,
the nature has thrived;
It wouldn't turn its back on us
cause we stabbed it with a knife?
Would it?
Would it now?
The world is from us.
Hence, we are the world
and it might seem odd at first,
odd in our funny little heads;
But the world's been crippling for a while now,
With us,
Within us.
