After a day with your parents you were a bit happier around Beacon witch a bunch of people noticed you heard that Weiss wanted to go down to Vale over the weekend but you needed to train of course you do the standard all physical with the punching bag, sit ups, pull ups and running (you run all around Beacon) but you also do vocal exercises to make sure that you never lose your voice as you slowly increase the volume of your voice (you have had a specialist device made to allow you to keep track of how loud you are) after you vocal exercise you didn't have anything planed till you saw Pyrrha in the door way holding her ears a bit whilst looking at you whilst she also looks like she wants to train.

Y/N: you just going to stand around there

Pyrrha then removes her hands form her ears and shacks her head a bit.

Y/N: oh sorry I guess I went a bit to loud sorry about that

Pyrrha: oh it's no trouble is that your semblance

Y/N: being able to produce a loud sound like that

Pyrrha nods.

Y/N: yeah I call it canary's cry ironic right I can put it up to 300 decibels the last time I really pushed it and it can very easily destroy a lot of things so I try to keep it sub-200 as a way of protecting people's hearing and the environment since I could very easily take out a huge portion of Vale should I try

Pyrrha: so how loud was that when we were in the forest during initiation 

YN: it was around 185 - 190 decibels maybe 200 but that's really about it

Pyrrha: so you saying you can make your self what 50% louder again on top of what you did in the forest of forever falls?

Y/N: not exactly since going up in decibels is diffrent than that of normal measurements since 10 to 20 is 1 - 1 up right

Pyrrha: yeah 

Y/N: well with decibels going from 10 to 20 is multiplying the volume by 10 so in actuality I'm going up 10,000,000,000 (difference between 1 - 100 decibels) in a liner scale on top of what I've already built up 

Pyrrha: that number along feels like it could kill someone 

Y/N: well 200 decibels is an instant kill to people without aura and Fauns with ears unless there is something that can keep them protected but overwise they might have permeant damage but everyone else with aura can go up to 210 the aura repairs any hearing damage although slowly but grim tend to die at around 180 although there are some ones that are stronger

Pyrrha: so if you do push it and train your semblance what would you need

Y/N: space enough so that I push it to it's limits or even beyond anyway I don't think your dressed like that to just talk 

Pyrrha: well I've never fought against someone with a sound based ability or such a use of aura I know Ren can use it quite well but you use it to puncture and enhance yourself do you even have weapons?

Y/N: yes I do I have some small speaker grenades but other wise I just use my fists

Pyrrha: it's been some time since I've trained against someone in just hand to hand 

Pyrrha's weapons were still in her locker.

Y/N: I've only really been training for about two years

Pyrrha: and yet you look like you could very easily be a contender in the Mistral tournament if I wasn't there of course

Pyrrha smiles at you showing she meant it as a joke.

Y/N: Pyrrha getting confident are we but I don't know I could very easily knock you out with a single cry
