Mars was reading, while his Elf was sleeping. Rita walked in the hideout, and saw her favorite person.
"Hey, The girls are still patrolling. It's my turn to check up on you."
"I'm fine. Just reading."
She kissed the boy on the check.
"So what are you reading?" She asked as she sat down next to him.
"Just a combat book."
He rested his head on the maid's shoulder and continued to reading.
"Why you are reading about combat?"
"I want to be at my best at all times."
Rita rubbed the boy's head. The boy closed the book.
"You need a new book?"
"I'm good. I'm going lay down."
Mars laid down in bed and Rita tucked him.
"I be here if you need me."
He nodded and went to sleep.
Kiana walked in and saw Rita. She saw the boy sleeping.
"They are still looking for signs."
Rita nodded and continued watching the boy.
"Have you seen Kevin?"
"No."
Kiana rolled her eyes.
"Why are you watching him sleep?"
"In case he has a nightmare."
"Or you are protecting your boyfriend."
"Why does it matter you have a girlfriend?"
Kiana turned bright red.
"At least I don't have share!"
"But we don't mind."
Kiana was stomped.
The boy turned over in his bed.
"Is Kiana still mad about me not picking her?" The boy muttered in his sleep.
Rita chuckled to herself
Kiana walked away. The hideout door opened and it was the rest of the girls.
"Shh, he's sleeping."
The girl quieted down, and rushed over to the bedside. Kiana huffed and walked over.
The boy was curled up in a ball. Bronya lightly petted the boy's tail.
"Bronya stop he's sleeping." Mei muttered
She ignored Mei.
The boy turned again in bed. Bronya pouted.
"Who are you guys?"
Everyone jumped at the Elf's voice.
"Who are you?" Kiana asked
"I'm Rosie. The Herrscher of Dread's Elf."
"Oh like Bella?" Mei asked
Rosie nodded.
"Where is Bella?"
"She in my room, probably sleep."
"Can you guys keep it down. Mars is sleeping" Rita ordered again
They looked at each other.
Sudden they heard an alarm go off.
"It's a zombie attack. Downtown." Kiana said
"I got this."
