Introduction part 1 Perfumer (vera)

(I usually don't know how to start stories off, and this is my first time attempting anything like this, so sorry if its bad. This will probably take a while since I am trying my best to not make any errors and to make this as realistic as possible.)

You find yourself walking around in the rain for what seems like hours, you lack any sort of transportation and are forced to walk out in the rain to the address of a letter. Why are you here again? You forgot what your motive was. Could it have been wealth, or a promise? perhaps blackmail?.. as you continued to question yourself, your boots splashing water as you continued walking through the rain.. you nearly bump your head at the large doors of a manor. "Am I at the right address?" You felt a shiver up your spin as you have forgotten to bring a raincoat.. it was much brighter before, why is it that the weather suddenly changed? A sudden gush of air blew at your face as the giant doors in front of you suddenly open. Could that be an invitation to go inside? as if not in control, you step into the manor, But as soon as you walked in, countless faces stared at you as you made your way inside. Suddenly, a small girl with cute freckles welcomes you, the others turn their gaze off you as if it were normal for newer people to randomly show up, None of them even came to welcome you, or tell you the situation you are all currently in. The smaller girl grabs your arm and drags you to a where a smaller group seems to be chatting. "Hey wait a second, who even are you people?" You tried to sound all high and mighty but let out a small stutter. The other girls in the group suddenly stop chatting with one another and turned their attention to you. "Ah.. i'm sorry that was so sudden, but you looked as if you are lost, so i decided to bring you here and then we can all introduce ourselves!" the small girl in the straw hat exclaimed. "Oh.. well my name is (___)." the small girl bounced up and said "You can call me, emma woods! I love to work with plants and i hope we can be friends." You gave her a firm smile as you suddenly saw a more mature woman rise from her seat, you noticed her beautiful figure and just couldn't stop staring, she leaned towards you and gave you an introduction. "Why, hello there newcomer, My name is Vera Nair." As if snapped out of your daze you choked up a small "hello, nice to meet you." As she fluttered her eyes at you and slowly sat back down on her seat. You could tell she was interested in a conversation with you, perhaps she wants to be friends?
