                                               Kayden POV

How the hell did I agree to this, I am currently in a lab laying on the metal table looking at all the items in this lab,

Nat as she told me her name was, sounds like a nickname to me, she went to get some guy named Bruce,

I sighed and sat up,

"This is a waste of time," I mumbled jumping off the table

I was about to walk out of the room when Nat came back with a man with dark hair and glasses he looked as if he just got out of bed,

Okay so maybe I feel a little bad for waking the poor man,

Maybe, I thought, I don't feel much for any adult nothing but anger, I thought as I looked at them,

"Kayden this is Bruce," Nat said

I nodded,

"Please sit on the table," He said

I hesitantly did, only because I want my shoulder set back into place,

He felt my shoulder and rotated my arm,

"Yeah, definitely dislocated," He said

 I nodded,

"Alright lay on the table, I'm gonna set it," He said

I nodded laying on the table flat on my back,

He had one hand on my shoulder, and the other holding my wrist,

"Now I'm not going to lie this this going to hurt," He said

I nodded,

With that he pulled and I felt it,

"Son of a bitch!" I said

"Language," I heard a familiar voice

"Don't care," I said holding my shoulder,

I sat up,

I see Bucky and Steve,

Didn't know I was going to get a audience, I thought

"Here let me look," Bruce said taking my hand in his as he looked at my severely broken skin on my knuckles,

It was so bad that you couldn't really tell where the broken skin was because of the blood,

"It's fine really," I said taking my hand from his,

"Doesn't look fine," Bucky said

"Didn't ask for your input," I said glaring at him

He crossed his arms,

I just rolled my eyes,

I stood up, I went to leave but Bucky blocked the door way,

"Get out of my way," I sand angry,

"Not until you get those looked at," he said

"What are you my father it's fine now get out of my way before I make you," I said glaring up at him,

Since he is fairly tall compared to me, but hey I'm thirteen,

"No but I'm telling you," He said looking at me,

"Oh now your telling me that's rich," I said with sarcasm

"Kayden now," Steve's voice echoed darkly

Which made me look at him and stop,

So let me explain this a little bit, so when I hear someone speak dark and or so stern that it reminds me of Jerry I stop in my tracks and freeze up, sure I could put the man in the hospital, sure I could kick his as any day of the week, but he's still my family, yeah I hate is guts, yeah he beats the daylight out of me, but like I said for some odd reason I can't, so when something like that or anything that reminds me of him I just stop and freeze,

"Fine," I said sitting on the table

Bruce took my right hand cleaning it up, wrapping my knuckles,

I kept my eyes trained on my hands,

He moved to my left hand and cleaned that up also, he wrapped them,

"Mind telling us what happened?" Bucky said

"Nothing that concerns you," I said

"There all done," He said

"Thank you," I said sure I said thank you but venom that followed you could tell I'm not too happy about this,

I walked out of the room I looked at the clock, it was nearly 4AM

Oh man Jerry is going to be pissed, I thought

"Were not done," Bucky said from aside of me,

I sighed,

"I know were not done, but incase you haven't noticed it's 4Am, my uncle is going to have a fit, can we do this tomorrow," I said

They looked at each other,

"Alright, but I'm driving you home," Steve said sternly

I just nodded,

Damn fear I hate it, I thought

"Let's go," Steve said

I nodded following Steve out of the tower, I may have anger problems, and don't trust no adult, but I'm still thirteen, I have my demons and fears,

And Jerry is one of those major fears, I thought as I looked out the window as Steve drove,

And I'm determined to keep those demons and fears buried so know one not even me sees them, I thought
