It's best to have a very detailed script because there is plenty room for error and you could end up upset with desired reality. Your mind knows what you want to do and where you wanna go so don't stress over it.
It's also good to have affirmations with your script.
It doesn't matter if your script is on notes, wattpad, paper, etc.
Certain methods do require scripts on paper though.
If you want it to be the same as you are now then you can put "same as current reality"
